Trying to fly on controller, as I typically find it easier to do in games, but I can't make the help yaw. I can pitch forward and back, roll, go up and down, but no yaw! Is this just a me problem? (Using PS5 controller).

I posted last night about my PC not running all that great. I was told it was a CPU bottle neck. I wanted to verify that fact, so I got MSI Afterburner and started looking at how my PC is running. CPU is only running at 29% capacity when I run a game. GPU 100% and the temp is 95C...

Turns out the fan isn't spinning... so I am not sure what to do now.

My pc performance has gone down quite a lot over the last year. I have to run games I have been playing for years (Rust/DayZ/Mannor Lords) on lower settings, and the new Wardogs game is only playable on low/potato settings.

I think part of my issue is that I am on a 2k monitor, so the PC is working harder for the resolution, but I often change the resolution to 1080p to help get a few frames back. CPU and GPU tend to look topped out

I went on user benchmark, this is my PC performance

UserBenchmarks: Game 34%, Desk 92%, Work 32%

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - 87.8%

GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060 - 29.8%

SSD: WD Blue SN550 NVMe PCIe M.2 500GB - 184.2%

*HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB (201

Wanting to try a keg fermentation. I have some Oxbar 8L PET kegs. Will these work for fermentation? Do I need to leave any head room when pressure fermenting, or can I fill to the top?

Many thanks!

My first ever fresh press cider is done. I have 18L of 5.6%abv cider made from mainly what I think are dessert apples (70% dessert 30% eating).

I diluted my 15L ferment with 3L of store bought juice for back sweetening. If I diluted it with more juice, I wouldn't be happy with the ABV. Do I just add some sugar now that the cider is stabilised? Any other tricks? I have some base I could add, to neutralise the acid

My girlfriend loves this book series, and I would love to know if there are any related merchandise or trinkets I could buy as a gift for her. Maybe something like a ring or earring?

I have not read the books so I have no idea 😞

Many thanks!

I made an elderberry wine, and I like the flavour a lot, however it's on the more acidic side of red wines to my taste. This is probably my fault, as I pH adjusted with malic acid to somewhere between pH3 and pH4 prior to fermentation, and now the pH has likely dropped further after fermentation.

I need to rack, and want to experiment with adding some tannins. Can I also add tiny increments of sodium bicarbonate to balance the pH a little bit? Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Many thanks!
