Looking to sell my house and move out of town. I don't have relocation assistance from my new job, so trying to minimize costs. I've already lost over 80k on this house just due to depreciation 😭

What realtors and brokers have low rates and good success?

Please and thank you 😊

1 year post op milestone

Post-Op Questions

Coming up on my 1 year post op milestone for L4-L5 posterior fusion and bilateral decompression for grade 3 spondylolisthesis, severe disc degeneration.

I am very nervous to do that 1 year x ray which confirms union and completion of fusion.

I am not able to sleep, I have been highly irritable at work and in personal life because my entire attention is spent on what if scenarios. I don't even know if I am having symptoms or just imagining things since I am HYPER aware.

I don't know what I'll do if x ray says the worst...

Any advice from people?

Returning to gym

Need Advice

Returning to the gym, 8 months post op, L5-S1 fusion and bilateral decompression for grade 3 spondylolisthesis and severe DDD.

For the most part, all I've been doing since then is walking. And I can tell I have lost muscle mass because I have been extremely cautious to lift things.

I want to return to weight training, and have signed up for a membership at the local gym. I will use it only for building muscle, and still walk outside.

Surgeon told me to never do deadlifts, which is fine. I plan to only use machines to maintain proper form, but I am still scared.

I am seeking your suggestions for push, pull exercises for upper and lower body and core development (physio has plateaued).

Single line drawing

Peripheral Interest

Does anyone have the single line drawing for the chernobyl station? very curious to see how it tied to the grid, and also the distribution networks within the powerplant itself.

About 6 months post op L4-L5 fusion and bilateral decompression for grade 3 spondylolisthesis and DDD here. And I finally got common cold/flu/whatever else we are calling it these days.

Post op, I had adopted a trick to control my rogue sneezes (hold breath, close both nostrils and stay still - it went away).

This truck fell short this time and now it hurts like a mofo every time I sneeze.

Stay strong 💪

First time poster, just got my first juicer from Amazon (Canoly). I decided to give juicing a try so I can make iron rich juices without making a disgusting face I usually do when I try to drink kale smoothies.

I have a couple of months before I do another blood test (mildly low iron) and if I can manage it with a iron rich juice, instead of pills, I prefer that.

I tried this for first time: full kale, spinach, 3 carrots, 2 cucumbers, an inch of ginger and a orange and got about 4 glasses worth of juice - edible to say the least!!

I have a lot of fiber left now and I don't know what to do with it, I don't wanna make bread based dishes because I am trying to control my carbs and quite f

I have a gearbox which I've 3D printed from PLA filament. It consists of 3 spur gears: a motor driver gear, which mates with the D shaft of a nema 17 stepper motor, driving an idler gear which sits on top of a bearing to minimize friction, and then it drives the output gear which rotates roller blinds.

The teeth of motor gear and idler gear are same count, while that of the main gear are 2x, to achieve a high torque output.

My problem is that the motor gear keeps getting its D shaft input hole rounded after a few months of use. I have created the D hole to fit very snugly with the motor shaft, and I have to use my rubber mallet to pound the gear onto the shaft for a tight fit. I have lub

What PCB manufacturing houses is everyone using? I've tried JLC for my projects based on the nano, and while their manufacturing cost is fairly cheap, their shipping kills the budget for someone in North America.

In most all other cars I've had, I could operate the vents such that when driving on the highway, I would still be able to have the air come through, without turning on the fan.

Is it possible in the Volvo? Mine is 2020 XC60.

I've created motorized blinds for my home, using an Arduino nano and NRF24L01 2.4ghz mesh network. These blinds communicate with an ESP32 gateway which interfaces with home assistant via MQTT. The gateway talks to the blinds via NRF24L01 node 0.

This approach works for me, the tinkered. However I've had to analyze WiFi frequencies and channels to select the nrf channel to be the one which doesn't have that much traffic because I was experiencing packet loss. It all works good now.

I am trying to go one step further and develop something that can be commercial or at least sellable. Should I continue to use nrf? Or is sub ghz better for ease of use, in a medium to large house (3,000 sq fee
