I’ve been going to the same dentists office for the past four years, the owner of the office is also the dentist. He recently started expanding his business and is hiring more staff including a new dentist. This new dentist asked me if I wanted to skip the shot and numbing for a cavity filling. I’ve had a few fillings in my life from various dentists, including the original dentist at this office and I have never been asked if I wanted to skip the numbing. Kind of took me by surprise a little bit, but I went with “ absolutely not”. Is this normal or a red flag for a dentist to completely forgo the numbing?

In the finale, there was that big meeting with all the representatives. Bud’s program was supposed to be an experiment where they cryogenically froze a bunch of middle managers to lead the future of America or whatever. My question is why did they preserve middle managers in vault 31 and not upper management like CEOs? I mean even when Cooper confronted Hank at the observatory, he said “this kid used to pick up my wife’s dry cleaning” which implied that he wasn’t really that he was basically a gopher for upper management.

I recently got an inspection report for a house I am purchasing. On the "exterior" portion of the report the inspector says this "The soil around the home was too close to the brick and foundation and this should be corrected."

Its not entirely clear what that really means? How am I supposed to correct something like that?

I am planning a Japan trip next year and I want to go to an official G shock store and buy a JDM G shock. I know there are plenty of online sellers that can ship them anywhere in the world but its kind of a bucket list of mine to get one in Japan. So I’ve been driving my WRX for about a month or so now. Absolutely love it. It drives and handles wonderfully. It’s all I’ve wanted in a car and then some. That being said there are a few features in the car that are, as some might say, “asshole design”

1. I’m used to having a car where I can turn the headlights ON and OFF. In this car however even in the OFF setting, my car‘s headlights are still ON. I get this is probably a safety feature because a lot of people forget to turn them ON at night, but I feel like they should be off during the day. Just my opinion.

Been playing the series since NV came out. I have to say, great game to be introduced to the Fallout Universe. Despite the hate I also love FO4 for different reasons, not necessarily better, just different. Now I hear from people that FO3 is basically NV with a different storyline. Part of what I like about these games is the FPS aspect as well as VATS. Which as far as I can tell is not in the first 2. At the same time I also love all the exploration and side stories the games have to offer. Is it worth playing Fallout 1-3? Will it be as “life changing” as NV and 4 have been or will it be more or less an underwhelming experience?
