Transfer Season wrapping up - random fun video from Iwobi and Ramsey (cameo from Per) #Farewell !
instagram.com/p/BPIhRyUhGic/For those shopping in the US at least, if you sign up for adidas emails/"creators club" you get 30% off site-wide through July 5 (SAVE30 code, only works if you are "signed in" to site). I just tested it on a $130 authentic jersey and it adjusted in the cart to $91 so the Arsenal kits are not excluded. The $90 replica would then be $63.
The problem now is it shows Authentic is size XS only, and Replica is "coming soon" (available July 4, but still before the July 5 sale end).
Heads up!

Also they have free shipping and free returns. No I am not paid but it was a surprising decent deal!
Meanwhile, Tony Podesta still saunters around DC, loaning out his (non-creepy) "art" to grateful Universities...
thedcline.org/2019/02/22/pulled-in-part-from-...I have a Pixel 3 (black, sprint, 64gb, indigo google case) and after a week it is working great. I'm coming from a long line of HTC 'flagship' phones. I like the multitasking once I got used to it, pictures look good, sounds nice, enjoying the free YouTubeMusic (it isn't perfect- alphabetize the playlists!!...but ok for free). Haven't had any speaker or 'freeze up'/app crash/close issues, but maybe I just don't keep as as many apps in background as some of the "power users" here.

Anyway, I just wanted to get a good review on here for the search results/potential buyers since (a) people are more likely to post if they have a problem, and (b) some of these problems seem nit-pic
Do these cases stay snug over time if you frequently remove phone and put on? (e.g. what if you like to take out of case at home?) I've never been a "case user" on past phones because the phones look so nice, the designers worked so hard, it seems like a shame to hide!!

But I know you can't win the lottery forever...so I bought a fabric case (indigo for black Pixel 3). I don't know that I will take out a lot, but was curious based on peoples' experience with the Pixel 2 case. Thanks!
Today is my first day doing Stronglifts 5x5. My "goal" is to learn what it feels like to be strong - I've always been lean-type-athletic, but never pushed myself, except for a few years running. I've dropped about 20 pounds in past four months with moderate intermediate (16/24 hr) fasting, occasional jogging, etc.
I am somewhat anxious since I haven't lifted for about half of my life (35 now, last time was probably 17 y/o HS as a Cross Country runner -- circuits, not heavy lifting.)
- 5'10", 160 pounds (177 cm/72 kg)
- "runner's build" (more ectomorph than meso-)
- I'm going to a gym that only does free weights and teaches stronglifts program only, so I think that will help with form, etc
IF going mainstream - in the NYTimes this morning for skeptical audiences who don't trust random bloggers and youtubers! :) Though they only call it "time restricted eating" and don't use intermittent fasting term
