I finished playing Portal 2 this afternoon and I got a rather unique alternate ending that I doubt anyone else will ever get:
Immediately after GLaDOS said "the best solution to a problem is usually the easiest one", my computer blue-screened and rebooted.

The crash and reboot was so perfectly timed that I honestly wasn't sure that it wasn't intentional.

After rebooting, I reloaded my last saved game, fought the final boss again and watched the real ending, but I think I actually prefer the one I got first. GLaDOS telling me off and crashing my system was kinda awesome.
