Hello All. I have looked around and it seems like hatchet throwing, restaurants or walking down north or south shraub park/Pier seems like the only legitimate options I see to hangout with a friend. Hello diverticulitis gang. I have been hospitalized 3 times since July 2nd. First time complicated with abcess and micro perforation, 2nd time 5 days later with another flare. Had drain pulled out on August 4th and ended up back in er August 14th with abcess again. Today going for ct scan and wbc count doubled since yesterday and pain getting worse. What is everybody's experience with surgery...sigmoid colectomy. Has anybody been in similar situation and thinks I have a chance to make it a few months to get elective surgey and possible do it one time as opposed to twice with a reversal? Doctor believes my original inflammation had never subsided and it just keeps flaring up

Hello all. I am new to all of this and I recently found out that our treasurer works for the management company that manages the property. I am pretty sure that creates a conflict of interest. The treasurer did not disclose the information to any body. I believe this is going on for a while now. I did not see anything in governing docs pertaining to this situation. Anybody have a similar experience??? Please any advice or experience with this situation would help the whole community. I can't prove it at the moment but I believe shady dealing may be happening. Especially with the board member being compromised

Hello all. I been reading up about the gold standard antibiotic treatment of diverticulitis, cipro and Flagyl. I read up on side effects during and after use. I have been on antibiotics basically for a whole month. July 2nd to July 11 I.V. zosyn. Sent home with augmentin for 5 days. Hospitalized again July 16th to 21st on I.V. zosyn. July 21st till aug 4th now cipro and Flagyl. Also fluconozole since July 11th. I have been taking probiotics for about two weeks. I eat plain yougurt everyday except when I was on clear liquid. Hello Everybody. I am 38m and I recently had my first bout of diverticulitis on July 2. I had microperforation of sigmoid colon with 8cm×4xm abcess. Ir drain put in on 7-7 and was released on 7-12. Went to pcp on 7-16 which happened to be my birthday and was urged to go to E.R. and I complied, white blood cell count was 15000. I was admitted for another 5 days. During second trip they injected a medicine(forgot name but basically clot busting medicne) for 3 days into drain which seemed to work. I still have drain and see surgeon 7-28, hopefully to get I.R drain removed as output has decreased but pain near drainage site has not. Yesterday output was dark red like when the put the clot buste
