Is my handheld scanning the barcode or is it trying to read the barcode/tracking number?

I have observed technology inefficiencies which, if addressed, could result in substantial cost savings while enhancing delivery optimization. I'd like to discuss this, and other low hanging fruit, with someone who can help make a difference. Who can I talk to and please don't say ideaSMART.

After being placed on hold for 24 min, I received a "this voice mail box has not been set up. Goodbye".

I recorded the call because my previous attempt was disconnected after 10 minutes of being on hold.
