At first I was a fan of the kicking system because it was easy to get rid of incompetent players without a hassle. However I just tried to do 4, count FOUR ukranian/ nightclub jobs in a row where i was the only one with C4. They asked me to c4 the safe or find the tiara, and then on the way to the car, (I was the first there or would have made it on time) the host decided to kick me. The fact that I was the one doing the work and then they kicked me for no reason was ridiculous. To avoid this, I would love to be the host of my own games but then I can't find the jobs I want to do in a timely manner.
