I'm having an issue with this quest (like we all are) but I haven't seen anyone describing the issue that I'm having exactly, so the workarounds I've seen don't work.

Hamster and Warlock are already in the town hall and when I get inside they don't do the quest related dialogue. Just "what's new in the zone." Usually when I see people talking about this quest they start in the bar, and that's where you talk to them, right?

Anyone else having a similar issue?

I have served a notice to evict my tenant roommate for non payment. He intends to pay the back rent before the notices is up, but by then he will owe another month's rent. I assume I will need to post a new notice with next month included. Can I post this one on the second or do I need to wait for the first notice to expire?
