Only interested in offline modes, I hate the online RPG aspect. Does it worth it?
1 year later, I've put the system through it's paces for the first time. It actually sounded bit like a fresh booted laptop or very low powered hair dryer.
It was EA WRC and played around 45 minutes or so. And Two minutes later after I quit the game, it was back to it's old self. That almost non existent fan spin.
I am amazed, and hella proud.
To be specific it's Outer Worlds next gen edition, Performance mode.
I know the gpu overheating and failing signs when I see one because happened to me on pc before.
I've put myself in a stable loop with my tasks and dopamine release and also on meds.
I wanna try it in the mornings and evenings but I'm bit cautious. Because my mid day flow is busy and definitely not calm so I can't really get into the story and the atmosphere. I barely touch reddit nowadays but this question had to be asked.
This could be asking for too much. Tried adjusting and drove around for a while but still I couldn't get what I want. There are instances where I want the car to act almost like a trophy truck. Tried it on my own but both front and back end felt too flicky. I mean, unrecoverable spins and slams.
I learned how to tune for saving the exhaust for long stages, not spinning out on weight transfer, not having accidents/damages with huge jumps etc.
I want my car to absorb minor stuff like curbs, small rocks etc like a champ and not flinch.
Any advice?
Actually I answered my own question on the title, but my relative is going to bring it to avoid tax. I've had some issues with AliE. in the past, so I don't want to deal with it.
Pads I was going for are Gamesir G7 SE and 8bitdo Ult with Hall sticks.
besides the experience and joy of ripping through the forest.
I was hyped so much and hopeful about the game. It was my first pre-order of my life.
Paid big money on it due to currency rate and I'm poor af. Thought it would be a good investment. Yes, there is fun to be had, yes there are fixable things. But the existing bugs in the game tells me, I'll rob you of your time any time you touch me.
Bad anti-aliasing on console and graphical performance, the AI issues (not changing their tyres/no damage or wear on their car/difficulty drop on leaving the event). Losing solo quick play progress, even though it has been saved. No randomized stages, weather, seasons in championship mode. All that stuff.... I don't even want to report a bug anymore. I lost
100 hours of play time, liveries, championships. Gone. I can tolerate that. But losing VIP Rally Pass levels is such a kick in the dick.
What do I do now? Create a new save?
It's all over the place. Weird snaps after corner exit, oversteering mid corner(back end flicks out too much and I spin), understeering and I have to pull it again.
I think it's a both setup and skill/experience issue. Didn't had much of a problem when I had a steering wheel.
It takes me like 8 hours to feel normal if any major events occured.
I'm all about productivity and I hate the feeling of doing nothing and being a zombie binging tv shows that I do not enjoy.
Seems excessive to be honest. Suspension/dampers are usually fine and mostly default ride height or 2-3 licks higher.
Why do I keep damaging it? Is it because of me disrespecting bumps or use all the road?(run wide, heavy cuts, run over holes etc.)
I don't remember this was happening to me a lot on previous games.
