Sadly I relapsed on day 6 of my nofap journey but for some reason this time Im not depressed or sad bcz I relapsed but I am kind happy because I have never got this far I would always relapse on day 1 or 2 I think my old record was 4 and it was months ago so yeah I believe this time Im gonna last longer.

2 days ago I relapsed(again.) And it didnt even felt good I was depressed even cried a little bit thinking about everything after that I lovked in and since for a long time I havent relapsed in day1 and this is day3 I have urges sometimes but they arent as strong as they were hopefully I wont relapse again
