Is anyone still encountering taking damage with no one being around and not hearing any gun shots? Just happened to me on Woods in the middle of a night raid.

I was in a ditch and my guy starting grunted like I'm dehydrated. I had damage to my stomach and then when I went to check my health I died a few seconds later.I know that I wasn't dehydrated because my stomach got blown out last raid and I made sure to bring 3 bottles of water, plus whatever I picked up on the map during the raid. Was drinking the whole raid up until that point.

I don't think it was a player with silencer because I was in a ditch below ground level where no one could get an angle on me and no bullets were
