Noticed an oddity in the Scaled Disciple feat, specifically the bolded section

Scaled Disciple

Prerequisites: Ability to spontaneously cast divine spells, kobold.

Benefit: You gain a +1 bonus to your caster level when casting spells included in the dragon domain or subdomains. Your spontaneous divine spellcasting qualifies in place of arcane casting for the dragon disciple prestige class, and you may increase spellcasting in your spontaneous divine class as you progress in dragon disciple levels. Add the bonus spells gained from the blood of dragons ability to those you can cast as divine spells.

Feel like I'm going mad. Tried searching essentially the title and it seems like every forum post is stating that an Archaeologist Bard "loves" Lingering Performance, but can it even take it without multiclassing???

Lingering Performance only requires the Bardic Performance class feature. Relevant sections from archetype:

Bardic Performance: Archaeologists do not gain the bardic performance ability or any of its performance types.

Archaeologist’s Luck (Ex): [...] Archaeologist’s luck is treated as bardic performance for the purposes of feats, abilities, effects, and the like that affect bardic performance. Like bardic performance, it cannot be maintained at the same time as other perfor

Title. Would a familiar be able to use Inspiration for free on, way, a knowledge check? Would it be able to take advantage of Expanded Inspiration? The first is included in the core Inspiration ability, so it makes some sense that it could. For the second though, the below ability mentions that the familiar uses talents that change the dice (e.g., Amazing Inspiration), but nothing about the cost.

My opinion is yes to the former (free Kn., Linguistics, or Spellcraft) as it's included in the Inspiration ability, but probably not for Expanded Inspiration.

Ripped from AoN:

Inspired Familiar (Ex): At 4th level, a bonded investigator’s familiar becomes a cunning assistant to the investigator. T

Basically title. If bomb were changed such that attackers could no longer win by killing every defender and had to plant the defuser within the time limit, how would the game and tactics change? Would an extra bit of time needed to be added per round? Would we see fewer run n gun players? More of a focus on anchoring than roaming? More rotations to defend a downed defuser? A bigger focus on team play?

Note that planting a defuser while every defender is dead would immediately end the round - no need to wait for it to defuse.

I am going to become a primarch

NSFWHeresy is stored in the balls

I want to have more minis for my chaos warband, but I cannot afford GW's high prices. So I've decided to become a primarch by plasticmaxxing. As I've read most minis are made of polystyrene, I plan to enhance my diet with packing peanuts, takeout containers, and disposable coffee cups, filling my bloodstream with this vital material. Eventually, I figure I'll be able to stick my injector in the mold and fill it with heretical geneseed, hopefully ending up with a mostly solid space marine.

Any advice for increasing my plastic intake for optimal printing?

Every pizza I've ever had with pepperoni has been ruined by this greasy, sorry excuse for meat. What's worse, the grease bakes off and settles over the top, a clear, glistening layer that screams "dab me with the entire roll of paper towels." And you know what? That shit will still be greasy. Worse still, it's become the default meat on frozen pizzas now. Want Italian sausage? Too fuckin bad, have sliced, over-seasoned deli meat that's a notable percentage of just fat, which, mind you, is used to stick the meats from who knows where on the pig together. Miss me with that shit. I'll take Italian sausage, meatballs, Italian beef, straight ham, even cold cuts of turkey over this piss-poor excus

I am looking to animate a gargantuan object and trying to use the Animated Object monster stat block to build it out ahead of session (GM pointed me to it, but we're both figuring it out). However, the statblock is CR 3 and medium. A gargantuan object will be CR 9 and of that size. I know the slam damage will be 3d6, but having 14 strength seemed low, as did only +3 BAB.

Are there any changes to ability scores that come from being gargantuan? Specifically to BAB, strength, and dex - I don't think the others would change, unless the CR change does anything.

Alternatively, is there a better way I should be looking to stat t

If I'm a half-elf, I count as human, elf, and half-elf for all effects per FAQs, meaning I can take favored class bonuses of those three races if I want to. Can I swap which one I take when I gain a level, or do I have to pick one and stick with it?

To clarify, I don't mean "retrain FCBs," I mean taking the human FCB at 1st, elf at 2nd, HE at 3rd and 4th, etc.

I think I can, but I want to be certain.

Per emulating a class feature from the UMD skill description:

Emulate a Class Feature: Sometimes you need to use a class feature to activate a magic item. In this case, your effective level in the emulated class equals your Use Magic Device check result minus 20. This skill does not let you actually use the class feature of another class. It just lets you activate items as if you had that class feature. If the class whose feature you are emulating has an alignment requirement, you must meet it, either honestly or by emulating an appropriate alignment with a separate Use Magic Device check (see above).

And Spell Lattice states that, in order to cast the spell within, it needs to be on you
