Given the twists and turns and references to the Twilight Zone, if there is going to be a big twist, what if we discover we are in some bubble outside of The Civil War? I don’t know how they would do it but maybe they are trying to figure out a way to have the South actually beat the North?

The Battle of Cold Harbor is considered one of the most lopsided battles in history with high casualties. If this was Rod Serling writing the episode, he would do a twist like that so I’m wondering if we are in for a jarring twist that no one saw coming. Particularly if you think about all of the timelines of Lumon, the civil war like paintings we see, Drummond looking like he’s from the Civil War era w

SpoilerTheory

Something fascinating for this week’s episode, “The After Hours” (which is a Twilight Zone episode and chillingly related to Severance), is that at the end of the episode, Rod Serling previews the NEXT episode and it’s called “The Mighty Casey” which is about a left handed pitcher on a baseball team who isn’t human and instead is a robot that they later try to make human. I wonder if that’s just a fun Easter egg regarding Miss Casey/Gemma or if it actually means something like her actually being a robot all along? 🤔

Could it be possible that we get to Cold Harbor and it actually IS related to that civil war battle and we are living in a bubble outside of it? So all of these characters and relationships are insignificant and serving to distract us from the larger, crazier thing. After all, with the Twilight Zone reference in this next episode, we have to understand we are all living in Rod Serling’s twisted world. He was the master of all storytelling.

What do people think? Am I insane?

Some other thoughts about The After Hours is that based on the Twilight Zone episode (which I highly recommend watching) a mannequin returns to her store thinking she is human

Something fascinating for next week’s episode, “The After Hours” (which is a Twilight Zone episode and very chillingly related to Severance), is that at the end of the episode, Rod Serling previews the NEXT episode and it’s called “The Mighty Casey” which is about a left handed pitcher on a baseball team who isn’t human and instead is a robot that they later try to make human. I wonder if that’s just a fun Easter egg regarding Miss Casey or if it actually means something? 🤔

Next episode is titled “The After Hours” which is the title of a Twilight Zone episode from the first season. While I definitely recommend watching it because it definitely has similarities, it was more interesting when Rod Serling previews the next episode titled “The Mighty Casey” which is about a left handed pitcher who can throw so well because he isn’t actually human. He was a robot that was built. Fascinating if that’s an Easter egg or actually trying to tell us something about Miss Casey?
