I am currently 3 months post-op from a hip arthroscopy (labrum repair). Yesterday, I accidentally went down into a cross-legged position without thinking.
As I did it, I felt a weird sensation of "movement" or shifting inside the joint. It didn't cause a sudden, agonizing sharp pain right when it happened, but it hurt a bit so I stopped immediately.
Today (the next day), I have a noticeable deep ache in the hip and my surrounding muscles are twitching/spasming.
I don't have severe sharp pain or mechanical locking, but the ache and twitching have me really anxious that I might have stretched or damaged the repair.
At first the pain was little until I started uni and I started walking like 8-10km a day and it’s starting to ache or pain on the area close to the groin and hip flexors. Should I be concerned?
I just downloaded it and I saw that you can connect fitness devices but I don’t see how to do it. It’s already connected to Apple health app and the Apple health is already connected to both the speeediace and google health
So I’m 5weeks post op and I had this freshmen activities and we have to sit and walk and do a lot of stuffs and I kinda have to sit on the floor and it was like a lot more than 90 degrees that the doctor told me and I have to walk and maybe jump abit which the doctor also told me not to do and I literally did this alll day and today I woke up and it’s pretty ache and sore. I’m worried if I maybes messed something up
Currently I’m 5weeks post op and I was too lazy for someone to help me put in my shoes and socks so I kinda just bend down and put on socks and shoes on myself and it’s abit irritated but there’s no sharp pain or anything just some discomfort and dull ache. Did I do something bad? Or mess it up?
I have this constant ache in the back of the shoulder in the joint and it clicks everytime I do a shoulder press. I had this similar symptoms but in the hips and I just had a surgery like a month ago in the hips and I am scared that I will have the same labrum tear problem again and I’m pretty scared to ask the doctor because when I asked them he said that he don’t wanna address that now. It’s been going on for like 2 months
So in 2 days my doctor told me that he will let me walk full wb. Did the first time you walk you have a deep ache, weird gait, or anything or it just feels like normal and nothing hurts?
My surgeon told me to start doing some seated bicycle with no resistance for 30minutes each day and when I did it I have a deep ache in the hips and the groin area. Is this supposed to be normal? After it ache from the first day I stopped and the next day it still ached. And my surgeon told me that I will start 100% weight bearing next week and I want to know if it’s normal having aches when starting weight bearing and seated bicycle.
I'm an incoming economics student at a fairly prestigious university, and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed about my career path.
My economics program is business-oriented, but it's still not as finance-heavy as a business administration degree. Recently, another university that i regected hosted a KPMG event, and it made me start questioning whether I'm on the right path. I wanted to get in to the business major at my university but i didn't so i choose the economics major instead and rejected the business major at the uni that i said hosted the KPMG.
I'm interested in consulting, but I'm also interested in investing and equity research. The problem is that I feel like I don't have any real "

So I’m 2 and a half weeks post up and sometimes when I walk using crutches I put weight on the side that I had surgery on and my buttocks ache abit after that. Is it normal?
Is it normal or am I overthinking that my back or hip the side that I had a labral repair on is quite higher than the other side after surgery. Should I be concerned? (1week post op)
