Hi all. The title says it all. I’m 21 weeks and I found out today that my 5th metatarsal is broken. I’ve been put in a boot for the time being and they’ve said I’ll potentially need a plate due to the gap between the bone. Anyone been in this situation? I don’t know if they can do anything until after I’ve had the baby but I can’t really not drive for 4 months until he comes.

Aquanatal swim class

Questions/Advice

Just curious if anyone knows of any aquanatal classes in the Swansea area? All I can see tend to be Cardiff Newport way and if I’m honest I feel like some days that traveling with the exercise is just gonna wipe me out
Thanks

Hi. I’m 6 weeks pregnant. On Wednesday I went to a&e as I had some bleeding. First it was pinky but then it went red. Thought it was bad enough to go down after the advice I had from 111. They said it was all healthy. Then on Friday I had clotting with it went back to a&e. Palmed around a bit had a couple of tests but was told I was still showing pregnant and the epau would ring me Monday. Sat I had more bleeding with bigger clots so went down again as I thought the worse but I’ve been told that my test is very positive and that my bloods on Wednesday were 7000+ for the hormone and that it was still rapidly increasing.

I know I have to wait until tomorrow for my appt with epau but is there

So I took my mk2 Picanto in to a garage at the end of October. Coolant full, but the engine temperature light and the check engine light were on. Garage said that it was due to a faulty coolant sensor based on the fault code. Replaced the coolant sensor and the light hasn’t been showing until yesterday, when the temperature light started showing again. It is now also making a kind of guzzling/boiling sound when I park. Will be ringing the garage tomorrow when they open. Just wondering if it’s a common issue that can easily be fixed (hopefully not too expensive) or is it likely I’ll be without a car for a bit with an expensive bill to show for it just before Christmas. I’m assuming it’s radi

Recommendations for GPs

Questions/Advice

Hi folks, I was wondering if you could recommend a go. I live in the Brynmill area and have been with the one at the university for some time now, however I find that they don’t take my health concerns seriously. I’ve had a few serious problems where I have been misdiagnosed or had tablets to cover up the issue without going into too much detail. I just want a GP that will take what I’m saying seriously and doesn’t make me ignore health problems in the hopes they go away as opposed to getting it treated in early stages.
