I say online, because in real life I’ve seen 75% positive buzz, 10% wait and see, and the rest negative and mixed feelings. I’m in America in the south if that kinda helps with the types of opinions I’m getting. Mortal Kombat has a strong fanbase, but like many video game fanbases there is a sense of frustration with video game adaptations into tv/movies.

Castlevania Netflix is the only adaptation that I’ve seen as an almost universally beloved if totally totally beloved adaptation.
