As per title, I had my old iPhone 13 Pro Max covered under apple care + for 4 years. My phone stopped working due to a logic board issue, and I asked for a replacement. It got granted and even during the initial coat analysis, it was decided that I wouldn’t have to pay anything out of pocket because of no external damages.

Fast forward I get the replacement device, and as a complete dummy, I start removing any link of the previous phone to my account including apple care +. I can now no longer reinstate it and wait to clarify with CS tomorrow (EU).

How screwed am I? Anyone had a similar experience in the past? Will they be able to see that I cancelled apple care by accident and put it back

I got myself the Volkus terrain to play with friends, but I’ve been struggling to find a map that the community can shake on as being relatively balanced for both sides, with the winner of course picking a side that might be slightly advantageous but not by a lot.

One of the examples that stand out to me is Map 03 in 2024 being hailed as a very balanced map, but I cant help but consider it a very one sided layout, that favours the person who picks the side of the tall tower.

If you have some experience with the layouts, which maps did you find relatively balanced for Volkus, for most configurations? Did you feel coin toss winner had a significant advantage there as a melee/shooting team?

Trying to play around with smithing around different weights and balance points, but for the life of me, I can't seem to craft a greatsword that swings and bites better than the random ones I find on willies.

My best 3 Greatswords are insured weapons I found, and the feel they have (e.g. how well they move, bite and even the "whoosh" sound when you swing them) cannot be replicated (by me) in custom greatswords.

I am planning to make a custom order for my Celestian Insidiants Killteam, with a slightly darker and bluer royal purple for the outside of their vestments to blend in the night. The point of the order is that it operates in the shadows etc.

But I’m at an impasse as to what to paint them on the inside. Colour theory dictates that I’d need to do a greenish yellow to contrast well, but that’d make them look like nurgle sisters.

Part of this also has to do with symbolism. Purple symbolises royalty/high status. Black is death. off white (ie bone white) would symbolise purity and would work in a “pure within” sense, but might be too intense for an order that tries to stay in concealment.

Hi everyone, I finished working on my models, and -for someone who started 4 months ago- I’m quite happy with the progress I’ve made thus far!

I’d like to ask about basing; how do you go about it? I’m considering dry fitting the models on the base and marking where they land, applying Vallejo diorama FX on the base and around the models’ contact points, adding scenery, priming and painting the base, and then returning the models back with some superglue.

Does that sound correct or would you approach it differently? Are there easier methods that work better/equallt?

I’m planning to paint my first battle sisters in a martyred lady colour scheme, and I was thinking if it’d make more sense to paint Vallejo TMM black for their armour for that extra bit of shine, or go for matte black which is the safer option.

Has anyone used TMM on battle sisters for non details? How does it look?
