I had a gentleman follow my family and I about a year ago and a lot has happened since then. Can I still report the incident from a year ago?

My PCP facility uses MCO to outsource medical records but to access my records online; I can use MyChart through Epic. What I'm looking for is a detailed click by click of healthcare workers who's been in my medical records. I ask my HIM department for an audit and they sent me billing information. They are unsure of what I mean when I say an audit and seem to not know much about Epic, just that's it's the service used. How can I go about this?
