has anyone had trouble making an appointment on the folx app? i made an account a few hours ago and input my insurance, cc number and general set up information. but whenever i try to make my first appointment the last intake page takes me to a reset page and goes blank. does this go away after my account age is more then a few hours? i have already tried a different device and browser, including setting the browser incognito.

Seriously the web version looks like a high schooler in their first computer class coded the whole thing.
