Hello, I am currently doing the hybrid callisthenics routine, where i work out for 15-20 mins 6 days a week. I am seeing steady progress but I wish to make some changes.

I do 3 sets of each exercise and the goal for each progression is about 25 reps or 50 seconds It looks like this: Day1 - pushups + leg raises Day2 - pullups + squats (going towards 1leg squats) Day 3 - planks/planche + bridges And repeat .

My issue is with bridges, I am struggling with progression ( I might be too inflexible) so I want to replace it with something else for now. What would be a good substitute that keeps my program balanced?

Hi, I got into loose leaf tea a little while ago with a simple earl grey that I usually drank with 1tsp honey/sugar or condensed milk. Now I wanted to try some more variants so I basically bought one of each; Dian Hong Gong Fu (black), Li Li Oolong , Shou Mei (white), Satemwa (fermented) and a Mao Jian (green).

I've now tried each with 1 tsp sugar and brewed according to the recommended time and temp (I use a kettle with a temp probe, this is western brewing I guess?) and I feel pretty underwhelmed. Except for the black tea, they all kind of smell like seaweed or river water when brewed, and the taste is kind of muted and unexciting. I think the leaves are good quality, I bought from a

Hi, I just ordered the Sennheiser HD560S. Apparently it's 120OHM which might mean I need an amp? I just read about it today so I am not sure. I will mostly be using it for gaming and listening to music through my desktop, which has this mobo:

Also, does it matter if I connect it to my mobo directly or if I connect it through a pc screen that has it's audio connected to the mobo?

What aspect of your current listening experience would you like to improve?

Budget - $100-150 is what i'd be comfortable with. Looking for good value for money.

Source/Amp - Either computer monitor or computer itself

How the gear will be used - For listening to music, playing games, watchin videos etc. General PC stuff.

Preferred tonal balance - No particular preference as long as there isn't an extreme emphasis on anything, like for example bass, that just kind of drowns out everything else.

Preferred music genre(s) - Mostly EDM and indie rock/pop.

Past gear experience - Previously used AT m40x. I liked it, but part of the plastic broke s

Hi, I have a Samsung S7 that I would like to replace. I'm looking for something with decent performance and screen and preferably with a headphone jack. What I dislike about the S7 is all the Samsung apps i'm forced to have. I've been looking at the Google pixel 4a, but I don't know too much about phones, so advice is appreciated. I don't need flagship as it's kinda overkill for my needs, which is some light gaming and general browsing.

I'm in Norway if that matters. Thanks

I can still get the 1st month for 1 dollar, but afterwards I have to pay 10dollars per month.

Is there any way to make it cheaper? Is it still possible to extend the 1st month and pay 1 dollar for more months?

I've always used powder sauces, but I'd like to give pan sauces a try. I figures the humble pan sauce is a great place to start if i want to make my own sauces, however I'm not quite sure how. What staples do I need in my pantry? I see a lot of recipes using wine, however I dont wanna buy wine, open the bottle for a sauce and have to use the rest urgently because its gonna go bad.

Advice would be appreciated!
