They will increase your rate plan over some silly excuses and not even tell you except on some message in one of your bills that you have to think of looking at, manually, every bill cycle. They won't just send an email.

Then they'll play it like you were properly notified so it's your fault for not knowing.

I walk to the mall I see these out of shape guys with security jobs getting paid $25 an hour to go on a stroll and sit all day.

I go to the dollar store, I see half-asleep, incompetent guys working at the cash comfortably.

Not only am I also perfectly bilingual but I am in shape, I am alert but the only jobs I can only land are for the less attractive manual labour ones.

Its like it taunts me it's like how tf did YOU get hired among the competition? Is it nepotism? How do you even know where to look for these jobs? And why them?

It's a gym for condo residents about 600-700 square feet. I was there training alone until he arrived and played rap music not loud but it was definitely more quiet and peaceful before.

I got upset and annoyed that he did not think to ask me before turning it on so I went right up to him during his work out to let him know that it was inconsiderate and rude.

I told him "hey, you didn't ask me if you could play that music"

And he looked annoyed saying that "it's a gym not a church, people always listen to music at the gym"

Then I said "if you care so much about music why don't you put on ear phones?"

Then I just walked away because I was BEYOND annoyed.

So at my condo association meeting they mentioned something about landscaping and I said that I know how to do that stuff and they are willing to give me dibs on the contract.

I never did a job of this scale before–It's not even a huge area its in a courtyard decently big rectangular shape and its pretty, ~1500 sqft.

I just wanna know how I could quote for this work and if I ever wanted to hire some kid to make extra money if I can't make it just to be able to not undercharge, god forbid...

They wrote this...

"Here are the landscaping activities that we get done every year:

- Lawn mowing

- Fertilizers 3 seasons (spring,summer,fall).

They are well within the means of giving out an online midterm to do instead.

If the second midterm is cancelled then the weight will shift to the final.

That would really suck because the final will be worth 60%, even up to 80% for some.

Has all investing stopped because of interest rates, poor job markets, etc? I watch Ben mallah all the time and I get excited to do it but I feel cucked by the markets and central banks.

I just wanted to know if average people who wanted to get into this biz have been and still can.

And if you have additional advice on what to do. Like starting with one property try to pay down the loan and refi then get another and try paying that one down faster with the rental income.

I think before ANYTHING is to have a stable job to get and pay mortgages.

It should only be answered by people who who value both so that it's a difficult choice.

None of that "well I'm not a social person so foregoing friends was never an issue" nonsense.

Only if both are valuable to you, then which one would you rather:

Bunch of the great friends ever but never having sex or significant other OR vice versa, the hottest perfect partner but zero friends.

It is recommended to be more people in a group than doing it alone, so I saw I could just join any grp is that okay to join randomly or is that bad manners?

Don't let this worry you or raise doubts, I know most people on here are anxious and need validation but guess why I'm here...

I'm seeing a lot of talks about how some future careers will get replaced by AI.

I haven't seen posts here that discuss it, which would conclude:

A. No, it's just FUD.

B. Yes, eventually many careers that we're pursuing a degree in will soon be replaced by AI.

What a shit show. There's always traffic on that street and busses can't even pass through then have to reverse out with 9-10 cars behind it and more unaware people wanting to pass by there.

It's the buildup of snow why do they not clear it?
