After a month of testing my ENT is at a loss for what could potentially be wrong with me. He has momentarily diagnosed me with vestibular migraines but he wants me to see a neurologist which is booked out until 2027. I’m kind of losing my mind in the meantime so wanted to see if anybody else has similar symptoms to me.

It’s worth noting that whatever is going on with me was likely brought on by an immense amount of stress. I was interviewing for, and started a new job as well as received an unsuspected medical diagnosis (which is unrelated to the issues I’m having). It’s quite plausible that my issues are partially brought on by stress.

Over the past month, the symptoms I’m largely experie

As the title suggests, I’ve been on Zepbound for two years with resounding success and have lost nearly 45% of my body weight. I have never told anyone that I am on Zepbound, not even my family. Obviously the weight loss was drastic and I’m sure people have speculated. My family is actually pretty good about not being in my business, so no one has ever asked or commented.

Over the last week I had a potentially serious medical situation arise and I need to go to a doctor appointment. My mom, who is very supportive and protective over me is not taking no for an answer and is attending the doctor appointment with me which is fine and probably necessary because it’s a lot to take in. I am a 33F (5’3, SW 205 & CW 115). I’ve been on Zepbound just under two years and have had extreme success on the medication with little to no side effects in that time. I’m currently on the 15mg dose and have been for the last 6 months, and it seems to be doing well for me. Like I mentioned, even titrating up doses has never caused me to experience any adverse side effects.

Recently, however, I began experiencing random bouts of nausea. I was very sick with food poisoning about a month and a half ago and it honestly took me 2 weeks to fully recover. Since then, I’ve experienced bouts of nausea that can be quite intense. Sometimes I’ll go a couple days with no nausea and then it will rando

I’ve been on Zepbound for 1.5 years with great success, losing nearly 40% of my body weight. I’m one of the fortunate ones who have experienced nearly no side effects. Until recently, when I went up to 15.0mg dosing. I am two doses in, and within the past week noticed that any time I eat anything, I will be nauseous, have stomach pain, and need to use the bathroom. I’m so shocked at these symptoms as I’ve had none before! Wondering if it’s Zep related

Let me start by saying that growing up, I was thin and at times even underweight. I struggled with an eating disorder and was also very active from grade school into my college years. In my mid 20’s, I noticed the weight slowly pile on due to different factors until I hit my heaviest: 205 pounds at 5’3. I struggled to fit into clothes, was constantly uncomfortable in my body especially as someone who grew up thin and hadn’t experienced being overweight. I knew I didn’t look good and was also not healthy, but I think I was blinded to how bad it really got.

Fast forward to today, I’ve been on Zepbound for 16 months and am what doctors would consider a high responder; I currently weigh 132 an

I’ve been using the vials/syringes the past two months but was previously a pen user. I feel like no matter what I do, there is always still quite a bit of liquid left in the vials and I can’t ever seem to get it all out. As per the Eli Lilly instructions, I push 0.5m of air into the vial before pulling. Anyone else experience this or have any tips or tricks to extract as much of the vial as possible?

I know that Zep should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival when shipped from a pharmacy to my house. I placed an order while I was out of town, will be home by 6am Sunday. I ordered it on Friday assuming it wouldn’t be processed and delivered in under 48 hours but I was wrong. With that being said, how long is Zepbound supposed to be “safe for” in shipping? Is it only meant to withstand 24 hours, 48? 72? If it shipped on Friday evening and then sits in my mailroom until 6am Sunday is that too long of a duration for it to not be formally refrigerated?

Hi everyone,

Looking for advice here before I make my decision, maybe someone was in the same boat.

I started Zepbound in July 2024 with a SW of 205 and a CW of 130. I’m currently on the 12.5 dose and have been for the last ~5 months. I’ve been making great progress and even on 12.5 am still slowly losing weight, around 3 pounds a month.

Since September, I’ve been paying the full $500 out of pocket because Caremark stopped covering it. While I am able to afford it ok, it is certainly a hefty price. I meet with my doctor regularly about dosing and how I’m feeling; I asked about switching to the 15 dose a couple months ago (mindset there was if I’m paying that much, I might as well go up

Like many of us here, I’m looking for answers because my insurance stopped covering Zep. I have a great and trustworthy weight management doctor that I see who prescribes me Zepbound. I’ve noticed that it seems like a lot of these sites require you to see a medical professional from their team. I’m not looking to transfer service, just looking to compound as a cheaper option. Is this something my doctor can send a script for? Or do I have to transfer my prescription care?

I want to start by saying Zepbound changed my life in ways I never thought possible. I’m what doctors consider a high responder; I’m a 32F, 5’3 with a SW of 205 and a CW of 138 (goal of 125?). Not only have I gotten my confidence back, my health is in tip-top shape, and I have more energy. The overall happiness I’ve felt in the last year I’ve been on Zepbound is immeasurable.

I’m also super fortunate in that my job has covered Zepbound at a great price ($35 for a one month supply or $70 for a 3 month supply). That is, until last week when I was notified that my prescription carrier would be switching us to WeGovy. Im currently on a 12.5mg dose of Zepbound and was supposed to talk with my D

Switching to WeGovy

Insurance/PA

I went to refill my 3 month supply to find that my insurance randomly no longer covers Zepbound, but they do cover WeGovy. I’ve had tremendous success on Zepbound for the 13 months I’ve been on it, with a SW of 205 and a CW of 138. My goal is to lose another 10 pounds. I’ve had next to no side effects on Zepbound and am concerned at the sudden switch. Does anyone have success stories? Is there really a big difference between the two? Should I consider paying out of pocket given its success rate for me?

Wondering if the severe joint pain I’m experiencing is due to my weight loss (-65 pounds from 205 to 140 in the last year). I know that joint pain from losing weight seems counter intuitive, but I’m wondering if my lack of nutrition could be a contributor to the severely sore legs/muscles I currently have. I have extreme appetite suppression and it’s difficult for me to remember to eat. I’m trying to manage it, but there are definitely days where I’m probably eating 800 calories.

I’ve been on Zep just shy of a year and have had really great success, losing 60 pounds or roughly 27% of my body weight. For the most part, the doses have been really effective in muting food noise and keeping my appetite under strict control. Today, for some reason, I’ve been absolutely ravenous and the feeling of hunger is really strong (I’m 1 month in to the 12.5 dose for reference). While I still kept my calories at around 1800 for the day, this is very high for me and the intense hunger is leaving me feeling…scared?

When I first started Zepbound, I looked to this community for insights on the good, the bad, and the ugly. As someone who is just shy of the 1 year mark on Zepbound, I wanted to share my success story to be a sounding board to those just joining.

For context, I’m a 31F with a starting weight of 205 (5’3). Growing up, I was always super thin. It was a combination of a very active lifestyle and an eating disorder. As I got to my mid 20’s, I slowly started gaining weight due to a combination of different factors. I had been dealing with some family issues, as well as started a demanding office job where I’d often be sedentary for 12+ hours a day. Don’t even get me started on the stress of tha
