When we leave a toxic situation, we are not weak to do so. Our lives are hard; survival is hard. Badasses just make themselves look harder by being bad at it by not getting out of stuff fast enough. Combatants have problems such as their enemies assault their homes now that their SO finally plugged their asses, knowing that that home is contemptible and weak. Sucessful people don't have problems like that, they have problems like their type changed, and now their ex won't leave since the break. That don't make it easy, that makes it look easy.

I have hemiplegic migraines from the latest thing my mother did - involuntary commitment - in a cycle of revenge my father started when he set me up to fail at math cards and spanked me when I was 5. Yesterday I held surgical scissors in front of the mirror in the bathroom and thought about it. She was in the other room, and he's out of town, reportedly exploding at her over SMS. Then I remembered your advice. I put the scissors down and then back in the medicine cabinet. Also Alux and Elon Musk helped by saying holding grudges isn't worth it. Also, would have been contemptible and weak, since she's family. No one knows.

Edit: upvoted, I had a change of heart last night and decided to delet
