If a French man gives me his number when I asked, is he interested or just polite?

Are most unit owners fine with renters repainting (the same color for improvement) even the tenant did not ask them?

I met this French guy at a bar, we talked for a bit and he gave me his number. When I asked if he wanted to get to know each other, he said no. So I don’t know what to talk to him about now because he doesn’t want to get to know each other. Haha. Is it usual that some give their phone number, but was never interested to get to know the person from the beginning?

Never acknowledged things I did well on, but would react once you have done something wrong.

I have tried offloading and deleting the app multiple times. The old phone numbers are still there.

I talked to this British man but he was on vacation and told me he got sick while traveling and then we stopped talking. I just checked our messages again and kinda curious if he would reply.

I started dating this guy and he told me he has/had Bipolar, but at the same time told me the doctor “mistakenly” diagnosed him. What are the odds that a doctor would diagnose you with a serious condition by mistake? He did say he has seasonal depression. He said he was diagnosed with it when he was younger. Has anyone experience this from their significant other?
