I've done a search on this sub Reddit and the posts are now quite old, so I thought I'd see if there are any updated bits of info for tweaking recipes for MTL ? I've got a list I want to try from ELR, but they are all 70/30 low nic mixes. Is the general consensus still to increase flavour percentages for MTL ? Or would we just leave the flavour percentages as they are ? I do vape MTL using Boro devices. I use both round and clapton-style wire. I'm aiming for 50/50 10mg+ liquids. I'm a desert guy, hence why I need to get back into mixing ( I used to mix my own high vg stuff many year ago ). There such a lack of high nic desert juices in the UK, it's depressing. Morning everyone. I'm looking for some advice please. I absolutely love squonking , and would like to try it with an MTL set up. Ideally I'd prefer a small and compact set up so was thinking I'd have to go down the mechanical route to remove the clunkiness from the mod. Do any of you use a mech for MTL squonking? If so, does it perform well? Can you also advise your coil builds please?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has any advice regarding surgically removing hemmeroids.

I have non bacterial CPPS - i am 99% sure that my condition comes from extremely tight muscles, mindset ( stress, anxiety etc .. ) ,Irritable bowel syndrome and my hemmeroids.

So , im in a fantastic place now (90% better) which has come from daily stretching, amitriptyline,tamsulosin,vit c, vit D, vit b12 and magnesium. My diet has also been corrected so i suffer with my stomach less.

One thing i have noticed is that when my hemmeroids flare - so does my CPPS. Im assuming its because of the inflammation affecting the prostate & surrounding muscle and tissue.

Hi everyone. Firstly, thank you for the amount of feedback I got from my last post about how popular the game still is. One of the post mentioned being able to play on console using MnK. Ive been doing that the past few days and had an absolute blast ! I can feel the addiction i had in my younger years setting back in. So this brings me to my question.

Is it worth getting a gaming laptop to play the game or is it not worth it, and sticking to console MnK the way forward? I honestly have no idea what the difference between platforms is. Like last time, your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone. I was wondering how popular AOE2 is now. I recently watched a few casts on T90s YT and it rekindled the love i had for this game so many years ago ( i played the original and first expansion). Was looking to buy a relatively cheap gaming laptop (£750ish) to get back into playing, but wouldn't want to do so if its hard to find games and the community isnt that active anymore. Would love everyone's input!
