Disclaimer: I know I'm ignorant of the law. I have a lot of questions as a result, so bear with me.

So can't the mayor (or the governor, or whoever has jurisdiction) say, "We have strong evidence that the ICE organization is kidnapping and trafficking human beings, so we're opening a racketeering investigation."

And then, whenever a group of ICE douchenozzles turns up anywhere, they send an overwhelming number of cops and arrest them all. Bring them in, unmask them, get them into the system, interrogate them. Maybe they get out after a couple of hours. But now we know who they are. They get named publicly.

The next time ICE disappears someone, they round up a bunch of them and haul them

Don't get me wrong, the new enemies are fun. But they've taken away a lot of stuff and I'm not sure why. To take as an example the "Free Colony" missions, they used to have three main objectives and now they only have two. There used to be around 3 SAM sites and now I can't find any -- at a time when there's more aerial stuff that needs blowing up than ever. Part of what made those missions fun was strategically locating and activating SAM sites in order to prevent bring overrun by drop ship enemies during flag raisings.

I hope this isn't permanent. I'd give up the mortar overseers and the flesh bullet sponges to get those 4+ primary and secondary objectives back.

Sorry if this is in the patch notes but I didn't see it. I used to be able to break the shield on a landed squid warp ship with the Stalwart (about 1/4 of a clip) or the Scorcher (about 1 clip) and now neither one does a damn thing. I thought the game might be glitched, but hours later after a reboot, same problem. Did they nerf these weapons or drastically change change the shields? What should I be doing instead?
