I think we are going to see Tony Stark as Doom, but that won't be the 616 universe. It could be a Council of Reeds/Parliament of Dooms thing from Fantastic Four. With the TVA's ability to move characters from dying universes, I think we will see Tony Stark reintroduced as Iron Man when the Avengers are brought back together. It just seems too cheesy to bring back RDJ as Doom and not recognize that he is Iron Man.
