Help picking out a tabletop system to fit my story

So, I've been inspired to DM a campaign, mostly due to The Adventure Zone (if you haven't listened to it, stop what you're doing, call in to work for the next 3 days, and experience it). The problem is, I've found what I want my campaign to be but I don't know what system to run it in.

My campaign is going to be a loose interpretation of Mega Man, in the style that The Protomen represent it in, aka 80s dystopian future (think Kung Fury). The problem is, I don't know what system would embody that kind of r/outrun style 80s futurism. I've looked at Cyberpunk 2020 but wanted to see if anybody had any other systems that might fit the bill.
