Hi.

So about little over a month ago I made a less than smart decision "lets just do this second set of RDLs without straps just to work the grip a little extra". And i realized too late that I was more focused on getting through the set than breathing correctly, as a result I experienced a pretty bad heachache right after. Since then every time I tried to do a set of any sort of weightlifting I felt the same feeling coming on.

So I waited a couple of weeks before trying the next session. The first set of warmup DB benchpress I felt the same feeling in the back of my head, so I reeeeeally concentrated on breathing for the rest of the workout and managed to kind of keep it controlled so it

I know they're not usually that good, however I see that Ironjawz have two exclusive armies of renown, that should open up for Kruleboyz to get a second?

To make understanding the basics of the game for people either new or struggling, I thought I pose a question for the community:

What are the first five points you focus on at the beginning of every battle round?

I play Kruleboyz and I still struggle to find consistency and knowing exactly what to focus on each round due to multiple factors (not being able to play as often and the changes each year making me not able to find this consistency).

I cant seem to find a definitive consensus on this question. I know that it often times boils down to what role you need them to fill in any given list. However, what do people feel is the overrall best choice for a pure Kruleboyz list?

First cut, feedback.

Nutrition Help

Hi all.

I just started my first cut after working out for 6 months doing my best to bulk (have to cut now to look slimmer for end of May).

I'm only about 1,5 weeks in of a planned 12 week cut. I'm using AI (don't bite my head off) to get some feedback on my diet and results. I have complete Control over my diet except for the exact macros for the dinner each day, though I try to make good choices there.

Except for dinner I am getting these macros on rest days:

1357 kcal (with dinner its probably around 1850-1950). 142,5 g protein (aiming for 180-190 with dinner) 121,65 g carbs 31,35 g fat.

On workout days (without taking the dinner into account):

1714 kcals (with dinner it's probably a

Is it enough?

Simple Questions

So for the past 5 months I've been doing a three day weightlifting routine, most days are 6 exercises of mostly 4 sets of 12 with progressive overload in mind. I usually spent between 1,5 - 2 hours each time.

However I've decided to try the Greyskull LP Phrak version and had my first day today. Its basically 3 exercises, 2 sets of 5 reps with the 3rd set being until technical failure, (the last exercise today however was 1 set of deadlifts until failure) I spent 36 minutes until I was done... I added 5 sets of cable crunches because I felt I hadn't done enough.

Is this really enough to quickly build strength and muscle during the first year or so?

(I also try to get enough proteins and ca

I am currently bulking ahead of an upcoming cutting phase.

Currently I do about 6 exercises each workout 3 times a week, mostly 4x12 range, reaching failure.

When I start cutting I want to add some cardio but also dont want to add to time in the gym, as I already spend 1,40 - 2 hours in the gym.

As the cutting phase is about maintaing muscle and not necessarily growing, can I scale back to 2 sets pr exercise if I up the weight to still reach failure?

I know I'm late, but I just got this game and it's fantastic so far.

I remember when Skyrim was coming out and they made a big deal about how the environments and specifically walking in the forest was so lifelike, and while it was good at the time, it's never been lifelike in any game...before now. KC has really nailed down the typical and randomness of nature and it really feels like what you would expect to see in a European wilderness. It's amazing.
