Is there a difference between 23H2 and 25H2 that prevents a game from loading?

Anyone else not able to run RDR2? The launcher exe is running in task manager background processes but the game won't start.

Specs are: Win 11, Ryzen 5 5500, MSI A520M MB, 16GB DDR4 & GeForce RTX 3050

I have all the non-english international versions still to watch. I find it quite difficult to read and watch the task being done at the same time and would love to have an english audio track. Has anyone successfully done this? Are there any tools or software someone can recommend?

I love his shows but this one slipped past me. Life that you wouldn't expect to glow, they have the most amazing bioluminescent shots. He has to do a new show/remake in 4k.

Watching Deathly Hallows again, I'd love to see a one off spinoff with the The Peverell brothers, how they got them, hid them and lost them.
