Summary: F44, 5’6”. Highest weight 185 lbs. Lost down to 155 through IF/fasting, then went from 155 to 135 on GLP-1/tirzepatide. Currently 141 lbs and 30 days off.

My story: I was around 185 lbs for most of my adult life, up and down. By 2023 I got down to around 175, then started intermittent fasting and occasional fasting and got down to 155. I stayed there for a while, then started GLP-1/tirzepatide around December 2025 and lost down to 135 by August. My last shot was August 20th, 2.5 mg.

I recently moved to Boston from NY with my dog.

I like traveling and sometimes I travel for work as well, back in NY a had a good deal with a friend where I would take care of their dog sometimes and they would take care of mine so we both could travel without the craziness to have to add $70/night for dog sitting.

Would anyone be interested in something like this?

I have a 12 years old lab that’s super mellow and I am looking for a comparable situation. It means I can’t take care of a hyper dog or a puppy that needs training.

I rented a car in nyc and drove to Boston with some stops in between. I had the car for a little bit less than 7h.

Returned it last Sunday in a very cold day, at Logan airport. You return the car in a line of cars and when is your turn the associate get the keys from you.

So literally the car was running normally after that moment.

Now, 10 days later I get an email with damages that the car doesn’t start and a picture of the car with a battery next to it…

I booked my car through Citi strata with my thank you points and I have liability insurance through my insurance, but this is a mechanical issue.

How can they claim this is my fault? And so many days later? This is probably bad stor

I just moved to Boston and I am freezing. I need new clothes.

My job requires me to go to customer sites so I have to walk around and I am honestly having a hard time with my current closet. I hike a lot in the winter and I have winter stuff but when it comes to look business casual and stay warm, I’d love some ideas.

Like i’d love some some insulated warm shoes/boots and some really nice cozy pants. I have a nice down jacket to above my knees but warmer pants are really a need

I work from home and sometimes I have 1:1 meetings.

I was in an important meeting and I could hear my dog in the kitchen going through the trash. I couldn’t stop the call I just let it be and continue.

A few minutes later my dog comes, lays under my desk and 5 mins before the end of the meeting I start smelling gas.

Windows were open so I finish the meeting, check the kitchen and I saw that in his counter surfing he had reached the eggs pan I had just used and on the process he had turned on two burners.

I am going to find ways to avoid him to get into the burners but I just wanted to mention in case you have a food oriented dog and want to be careful with this. I have him for 12 years,

Curious… is there any reason to pay more for a clone conjugated to older dyes like FITC, PE, or APC, instead of just buying from the cheapest vendor? I feel like those dyes are all pretty standardized by now and the chemistry should be pretty similar right?
