Basically title. Im already HoH and have struggled with hearing perception, and because i like to call with friends while I play and just want to focus on my friends voices, I just find deaf traits as a free +12 points

Do you guys have any recommendations to help with playing deaf? Are any of the vision traits worth it? Is taking thin skinned bad due to being more likely to be snuck up on? Lmk im a very new player and most guides dont even really talk about deaf in depth

Anyone have any items you think are pretty underrated on Thresh? I'm currently trying him out and wanting to play around with different builds and sets, but i wanna hear from you guys.

Would heartsteel be good on him?

Would you build zero armor items and just rely on his passive?

Lmk your thoughts and ideas

Am I cursed?

Discussion

Every single Ornn game I've had has basically been a loss since entering masters. Every other champ I have a good or okay win rate with, but I just keep losing with ornn, as a support no less, regardless of how i build him. My win rate has dropped to a terrible 45%. Now I don't think this is a skill issue cause im playing him well, im getting alot of assists or alot of yordle trap counts, and Im CCing the enemy team a ton. Yet almost every game the baron lane ints and feeds a bunch of kills, or the jungler does the same, or just doesn't show up for objectives, or the ADC Ints as well. I wouldn't really be complaining but this happens EVERY ornn game since masters and almost never any time I

Id like to hear your improvements to this build, if you have any, or any different builds with it to make it better.

my challenge for myself is to play a solo run without resting. I won't be using any spell slots aside from maybe emergency situations, since they wont be coming back.

the way im doing it is currently 2warlock, 4 assassin, 6 blue drag sorcerer and as a duegar. how it works is it uses only EB, and starts combat from invisibility, so i can trigger the refresh action and crits off of assassin. the 6 sorcerer is because im using spellsparkler, and that'll trigger extra damage on every EB.

now I think ill always stick with at least 2 warlock, and 4 assassin, but can anyone thin

So for all my playthroughs ive always just done maybe a 3 or 4 dip of rogue, and then went elsewhere to get extra attack. Yes I know that extra attack is alot stronger than just going full rogue, but I want to just try it, and see how i might do. Im playing melee rogue cause I feel like durge would truly be a melee assassin, similar to Orin.

Im stuck on which race I should use tho. What would you all say is the best of these 4?

Deep Gnome: you get cunning to offset risky ring, advantage on stealth, and gloves in act 3 to give 22(24 with mirror) dexterity, however 25 movement speed.

Light foot Halfling: also advantage on stealth checks, and rerolls on really bad nat 1s, also 25 movement

Mobility party

Build Help

I am currently starting a super mobile party just for funzies, with myself, durge, as a bladesinger.

The main reason why I chose that is because I rely so much on CHA alot for dialogs that I wanna do an INT face with detect thoughts, and I haven't used bladesinger before

So far ive got Wood Elf bladesinger, super fast already Karlach for Monk, And Wyll for Elk heart barbarian

So 3 out of 4, and I could fill that slot with your classic support cleric but im wondering if there's another super mobile class that I haven't used yet.

Resistance and blade ward

Specific Mechanic

Question about resistance and blade ward. Idk if resistances stack, i dont think they do, but if you got resistance to physical damage already, like say from raging or from warding bond, and then have blade ward would that stack or not? Mainly asking because of Zevlor's Hellrider's Pride gloves

I'm still a new player and I've been experimenting with different items, and I kinda like the light crossbow, but I'm struggling with figuring out what gear to use with it. I've seen some players use alot of different off hands, and alot of different gear. I think I'm okay for helmet but I'd like some help for boots, armor, and offhand, or at least an explanation of the pros and cons of items for the light crossbow. Thank you!

So I built a smelter on my personal island in Thetford, so it would just be easier for me to access and I'd get better benefits for refining ore there than just the public ones that other people use.

(I'm still fairly new to this game, just started a week ago so if the answer is obvious bear with me lol)

For some reason the smelter is giving only a 28% resource recovery rate instead of a 36% or so that I saw from the public ones. Why is that? Is it because my smelter isn't fully leveled up? Is it something else? I'm not sure why and I'd like to hear your guys advice

So with the fated summons just dropping some magic family heroes, I'm wondering how they would work on defense, would they just repeatedly use the first charge when available or would they save for a second one?? Thoughts?
