I have a sleep monitoring app on my phone and just got into bed and went to activate it for the night to find out that I never turned it off this morning and so it's been monitoring all day as sleep and somehow thinks I've been in bed for 24 hrs 33min and asleep for 23 hrs 14 min 🤣 I wouldn't mind but I actually did a lot (by my standards) today and my phone telling me I've been asleep that whole time - clearly my app is rubbish but it made me laugh, what's a funny thing someone else did today from Brain fog 🙂

Driving

Question

Does anyone else hate driving, do you get increased pain from being in the driver seat too long, does concentration for longer periods while driving affect your pain, like I can drive if I have to if it's an emergency or there's no other option but if it's further than I'm comfortable with I start panicking thinking about the drive especially if I don't know the route, as don't know where rest areas are, the thought of being stuck in traffic and adding time into journey, or being so many miles from home and getting sudden onset of pain and still having to drive the rest of the way.

Does anyone else prefer slower speed roads in towns at like 30 or 40mph Instead of dual carriageways and moto

Luke Combs has officially surpassed Garth Brooks as the highest certified country artist in history - selling and streaming a combined total of 168 million units - Garth's record was 162.5 million which he held for 20 years. What are people's thoughts on this?

I personally love both Garth and Luke's music and I'm thrilled that Luke is getting the recognition he deserves, I think that previous generations set records with the hopes of younger generations one day passing and bettering.

Hi guys sorry haven't posted this weekend been a busy one, spent most of this evening trying to unwind and relax and have been listening to my chill vibes playlist. So today's post is about who is on your chill vibes playlist, and do you have a favorite song and if so what is it. Or if you don't have a playlist who would theoretically be on it. 🙂

On my playlist is a lot of acoustic versions of my favorite contemporary artists - there is a version of Religiously by Bailey Zimmerman which is amazing, A lot of Chris Stapleton songs, I've got a piano version of Josh Ross's trouble, quite a bit of Larry Fleet (I saw him live opening for Morgan Wallen a few years ago he is Soo good)
