I have a problem. Like most people here I have absolutely no control what my brain does/wants. I especially have the problem that my brain sometimes absolutely refuses to do a certain task and forcing myself to do it anyways feels like absolute torture. The "problem tasks" are usually mundane simple tasks. Often don't even take long. But forcing the issue takes a really long time and is horrendous for my mental health.

So what works for me normally: I either just don't do the task or hire someone to do it for me. If I do this I am a fairly successful member of society.

This time my roommates made a cleaning schedule. Missed tasks needs to be done anyways eventually, so I can't just ignore

God, I just really have to vent. I am 80 hours in and before this level I considered myself decent at the game. But this fucking level is just way over my head. I have zero clue how to store/get the layouts without running out of space. I think I have spend 20+ hours on this single fucking level, and all ideas failed.

I have a decent amount of experience in Java, but I just can't think of any good (or working) solution for this problem. I have multiple classes, which all extend a certain object. I have to make a button for each class, which upon getting clicked creates an instance of that object. I figured I should make a class that statically lists these objects, to make expendability easy. Something like this

    public static final Class<Parent>[] childeren = { Child1.class, Child2.class};
}
public class Parent {
}
public class Child1 extends Parent {
}
public class Child2 extends Parent {
}

However this doesn't work. Am I just
