I'm new to PCB design and I followed a YT tutorial to come up with the 3by3 macro pad seen below. How I'm too new to learn how gmk works so i went with Arduino. However, the Arduino code doesn't work either. Moral of the story is there anything wrong with how my PCB is made? Diodes maybe? (i dont have the switches in yet B/C i want to test the pcb my shorting it before i do a bunch of soldering.

My main concerns l'd love if someone checked would be; One, If my schematic is correct and it'll actually work, Two, my traces, lay out, width and all that (VCC is 1mm everything else is 0.2mm width). Three, if the way I'm using the pull up resistors is how your supposed to, Four, my decoupling caps on the OLED, and of course If you can spot anything else please let me know this has been a huge learning curve. Also if your giving me feedback to fix something please be detailed.
