Anyone bought the merch from Asda UK and been a bit disappointed? I got the tea towels and they have huge holes in them from the fasteners which are so obvious. Thinking about taking them back but not if everything is the same as I do like the design but had thought about turning them into a cushion.

I’m travelling with omnivores which is not an issue for me, but I’m struggling to get excited for dinners where I have one option to eat on the whole and they have 8 for mains alone. Yesterday I was guilted because the restaurant was accommodating for me, but I’ve to get excited about a wedge of lettuce with oil and vinegar while they have 5 starter options, a bread basket, and 8 different main options from fish to steak? And don’t even get me started on mains that are really sides. Since when was polenta a whole damn meal!

I was using 1.5mg for around 3 weeks and stopped 3 days ago as going on holiday and didn’t want any issues. Since stopping I’ve had cramps, and general ‘awareness’ of my stomach and inconsistent BM. I’ve seen some people say this goes on for weeks but I feel like I wasn’t on it for long enough to have this issue. Any experiences?

I’m interested in the highlands treatment but don’t like stomach massages. I know in some they offer alternatives. Does highlands have a stomach massage ?

Is the XL room that much bigger? I have a hard time picturing 185 sqf vs 220 sqf with furniture etc. I wonder if it’s worth the upgrade.

Have your side effects been consistent or have they changed or only presented on specific doses?
I’ve been on the entry dose with virtually no side effects and am hoping i could be one of the lucky ones but worried I might start experiences them on higher doses.

We are docking at Naples and I would love to see pompeii. The excursion with the cruise company is around £150pp. Is this good value or are there other local options that are great but better value?

I have been giving my dog the Pedigree Dentastix and noticed they have eucalyptus in them but isn’t this toxic to dogs?
