Hello all, I'm visiting town and will be staying in the Mt Washington area. I'm looking for a place to leave my car from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. I don't mind paying for parking, just trying to see if there were cheaper options than the $30/day the hotel is charging. I don't mind leaving it further away from the hotel, just somewhere it won't be towed/broken into.

Hello all, this week I'm helping entertain some family-friend's kiddos. It'll be 96° out, so I'm looking for a mix of mainly indoor activities and water activities.
Kids range from 12 to 2, including one who is wheel-chair bound and another who is non-verbal.
Activities we have planned so far are tye-dying t-shirts, slip-n-slide, and giant bubbles.
Thanks in advance!
Looking for a short and sweet non-fiction to get me back on track for my yearly reading goal. Ideally would like something:
200 pages or less
Light-Hearted, fun topic
Saw at least 3 different groups of people walking around Goodale Park at 12:30am with 12inch+ candles burning. Anyone have any idea what was occurring?
Hello all, I just recently started getting into Drag Race. I am only able to watch it on Pluto TV (cause it's free and this gurl is broke 🥲), so I only have access to the first 15 seasons currently.
I have seen seasons 1, 5, 6, 7, and 11. The messy order is mainly due to wanting to watch Queens that I know from online. Now, I am looking to watch Seasons in order from most iconic to least. With the ones I have left, which should I watch next?

Hello all. I'm making my sister a Boo Basket for Halloween, and I want to add a bag Fall Flavored coffee grounds. I am trying to buy from small, locally owned businesses for her gift. Also wanting to avoid buying whole beans, as she doesn't have a grinder.
Any suggestions?
I've been on the hunt for Halloween stuff at my local thrifts, and to my horror, there's barely anything! For context, I've been thrifting for at least 15 years, and have never seen the stores with such skimpy Halloweens sections this far into September. There's still the usual Christmas and Easter decorations out currently, so it's not like they're waiting for October to put out Halloween.
My hope is that people are actually reusing their decor instead of donating after a one-time use.
Anyone finding this to be the case at their thrifts?
Mainly just a late-night rant, but please humor me.
I completely left every church group I was associated with last Fall, and overall it has been for the better. It was hard being in spaces and with others that were solely devoted to something I no longer blindly agree with.
I have had robust friendships with "non-believers" for awhile, and now they make up 99% of my personal community. It's so refreshing to know that my friends are in my life because they WANT to be, not because they are obligated to be. My friends now actually want to spend quality time with me, and not just to meet up for a weekly bible study or other church commitments. I now don't feel objectified or sexualized by my
