..just got a “system update is ready” prompt, first one in years, and I’m mildly terrified of what it might do since Honda kind of abandoned this upgrade after releasing it and charging for it. Has anyone else tried it or know what this update does?

Why, when turning on an unrelated device (all using CEC, which is still… the worst), does the Apple TV also power on and hijack the input? I can’t find an option in my receiver to ignore it or not send it a power on command. It’s such a pain for something that should be so easy. And I don’t understand why the receiver is sending it a power on command when the other device is the one powering on first. It’s so unnecessarily difficult.
FH6 keeps picking up the shifter as device 1, which is is the only device it will send force feedback commands to so the wheel, which it keeps picking up as device 2, has no feedback at all.
We’ve tried different attempts in Windows settings and order of connections on the PC and nothing fixes it. Also tried unplugging the shifter, mapping the wheel, and then plugging in the shifter again, which might work initially but then fails later.
Has anyone figured this out? It seems insane that the game can’t do something basic like use the device mapped to steering as the one that gets force feedback instructions or allow the user to select which device is device one.
I know the game isn’t reall
Time to get new shoes for my 2020 2.0T Touring. Open to going to 255s but keeping the stock rims. Live in an area with all 4 seasons and occasionally decent snowfall, not interested in switching tires. Have Michelin CrossClimate 2s on our SUV, but not sure if that’s the best for the Accord? Any recommendations?
Didn’t see this one on the mega thread, I can’t say I’m sad about it, although people headed to Alaska may find the tripod rules will change their plans.
Disney Cruise Line now has a refined policy on selfie sticks, extension poles, and tripods. Guests are welcome to use selfie sticks and extension poles onboard in most areas onboard as long as they are folded and under 18 inches (457mm). Longer poles and tripods are welcome onboard to use ashore, but need to be stored in the stateroom.
*To help keep shared spaces safe and comfortable for everyone onboard, selfie sticks, hand‑held extension poles, and tripods may be brought onboard and used in most areas, as long as they are folded down
Found in a Toyota SUV by the driver’s seat… do I need to put it back somewhere?

reddit.comAnyone find a solid backpack for the R6 III and the 200-800 (camera attached), ideally with the ring/shoe still attached and some room for a shorter lens?
I’ve never had a lens larger than my trusty 70-300 L, and this thing is a monster beast. I’m guessing I should have straps etc mounted to the lens and not the body as it seems like a huge amount of strain on the body. How does everyone else carry super tele lenses? Anything I should consider?
