I live in the north/west part of Halifax - in between the new Bayers/Young and Strawberry Hill developments where there has been a lot of digging & blasting going on. I bought my house over 7 years ago and can count on my hand the number of times I've seen a rat. Over the past month I can almost guarantee I'll see a massive rat every time I look in my backyard. Sometimes 2-3 running around my yard at once. Should I be concerned? Hire pest control? Would it make a difference?

I'm no longer able to access content on the WWE Network App (iOs) in Canada. Not all - but most content appears locked on my phone. I've been using the Paypal US address gimmick for years with no issues. I contacted WWE Network support and they told me the WWE APP does not work in Canada - which makes no sense because I've used it for years with no VPN.
It still works fine on my laptop - but I love watching old Raws on my phone while doing cardio at the gym and just generally easier to stream to my TV from my phone as well. Has anyone figured out a way around this? I tried linking my account to my parents cable login - but still no luck with the APP. Do I need to cancel my sub and re-sub w
This dude has got IT!!! Such a good interview with the Dream. I'm almost getting Brian Fellows (Tracy Morgan character from SNL) vibes from the Dream as this super-arrogant, smug star. Nug plays off him perfectly and is a perfect foil for Dreams "I'd rather be anywhere" attitude. https://youtu.be/OvzQb0RuI8U?t=611
I HATE teaching the Winter Camp classes. Would much prefer just to do regular classes. I feel these are set up really poorly and are a struggle to get through. There are many grammar mistakes and its painful to try and engage the kids for 25 minutes with insufficient material to cover.
I feel lost this morning without my RAW re-cap podcast with John Pollock and Wei Ting. Any recommendations for a good re-cap pod to fill the deep void in my heart.
Seriously, this is a must-listen interview for one of the living legends of the business - Goldust, Dustin Runnels. The man doesn't do a lot of interviews, so this is a really great insight into his career. Think about this - he first debuted in WCW in 1989, and WWF(E) in 1991. He's still going today with one of the wackiest gimmicks of all time - Goldust, currently in its 22nd year. Goldie has an amazing insight into the business and deserves a lot of respect for everything he's gone through in his life. He's in my top 5 of all time and its really an incredible listen.
I've lost 70 lbs since New Years. Went from 290 - 220 lbs. The weight was flying off for the longest time. I've been following CICO and working out 5-6 times per week, with at least 5 hours of cardio per week - usually elliptical. The past 2 months I feel like I've hit my plateau, despite maintaining my work outs and keeping my eating in check. My goal was to get under 200 lbs, and in the past 2 months I've only lost about 5; every month before that I was losing 10 easy.
I also feel like my strength isn't increasing anymore. I'm keeping track of my lifts and felt a steady progression before this, but again the past few months I just can't seem to go heavier in any of my workouts. I want to
I just finished listening to the Cheap Heat podcast with Peter Rosenburg and they talked a lot about how the Bayley & Alexa match at Summerslam doesn't seem right for the show, considering the non-finish to the match between Sasha and Alexa and that seems to be where the money match is for SS. Rosenburg (who works for WWE, and is basically a shill) talks up how Sasha has heat backstage and isn't the most well liked person on the roster. This whole angle seems to be planted on purpose IMO; I don't believe for a second that Rosenberg would just throw out "backstage gossip" like that about Sasha for no reason, while also hyping up that is should be Sasha/Alexa at SS. So I'm fully expecting
Thoughts? Doing some Wrestlemania XXXIV fantasy booking and was trying to put together some pieces to get Charlotte in or near the main-event and I thought this could definitely be worthy of a co-main. Obviously wouldn't be the best wrestling match, but would undoubtedly be a heat-magnet. We could even get a geriatric brawl and old-school blade-fest between Ric and Vince.
Storyline wise I'd prefer a Steph /Charlotte match with Vince and Ric outside, but I'm not sure they could put on an entertaining match. The other bonus of this is that we would keep Shane and Triple H from taking up 2 match spots on the card.
Listen to the latest Something to Wrestle With Podcast this week for an absolutely terrific episode all about the career of The King of Harts, Owen Hart. Bruce tells some great stories about Owens famous ribs; including several he pulled on Taker by taking advantage of Undertakers ridiculous fear of cucumbers.
Owen once used a cucumber stuffed in his tights, as a foreign object to attack the Undertaker with. Undertaker, notorious for not breaking character, had to maintain kayfabe and not show his fear while confronted with his biggest fear; cucumbers.
Undertaker was reportedly furious with Owen after the match, but
I had a good little streak going of over 55 days without even a puff off a cigarette. Well that all came crashing down over the weekend. I got drunk for the first time since I quit and couldn't contain myself. It wasn't just a puff or a smoke, I immediately wanted to smoke every hour or so the whole night. I haven't had one since Saturday night and don't plan to start again. Feel fine today and all. Just wondering, if this is a slippery slope? Allowing myself to smoke when I'm drinking? Or how to avoid it, while still being social and going out. I would love to be that person who could just buy a pack on nights out and then put the remaining cigs in the freezer until the next night out. Not

The wrestling business was booming for Bischoff and McMahon.
With Bischoff influenced by Hulk Hogan, strong-willed,
The promotion ignored for the future to build.
With a very thin roster, Vince knew not where to start,
"Oh, I know," said Vince, "it's all about Bret Hart!"
"Steve Austin is over, he's my top babyface,
I believe this is the first podcast they have done and it's hilarious. Rusev is pure gold - especially listening to his Dusty impersonation and Dusty's genie gimmick for Rusev.
