Who else is hoping they get away from the translucent midsole they’ve had over the past 2 releases?

So me and my wife are homeowners. I’m currently on layoff so getting a plumber is last resort, hoping I can diagnose and fix on my own. I will try to give as much info as possible. Any advice would be highly appreciated.
