Just a vent post. I'm a long-time Adobe user like most of you. I have the full CC suite and use many apps, including Acrobat, daily. Yes, they are the best options out there IMO. However, it gets very tiring at how CC and Acrobat literally behave like a virus. What do I mean by that? Constant PC takeover.

Example: Acrobat is slow; let's just be honest. It's gotten worse over the years. I like opening PDF's in Chrome when all I need to do is view them so I have Acrobat not set to primary PDF handler. This infuriates the Adobe gods who constantly popup with clever ways to try and get you to switch. Installing only one or two apps? Check your Task Manager/Processes; dozens of Adobe's are runn

Background:

1800 square foot home, 2 story, 2 bathroom.

Ground temp: 37F (Northern MN)

Water supply: Well with pressure tank in the basement

Fuel source: Propane

Tankless Water Heater: Richmond Encore Super High Efficiency 9.5 GPM Tankless Liquid Propane Water Heater RMTGH95DVELP-3

Tests done:

Sustained cold water flow of 6.5 gallons per minute at the utility sink in the basement, 4 feet from the tankless system. Measured over and over across a 5+ minute run time to make sure drop off wasn't there. Well pump consistently kicks on and overcomes the demand while sink is open wide open cold, GPM fluctuating between 6.0 (right before pump kicks on) to nearly 7.0 GPM.

All, Trying to just get some reassurance here. I did a lot of research and finally ordered a P the other day for a range/training/home defense gun. I am now somewhat doubting whether it was a good idea based on the HD P4.5 being out. I did look at the HD’s but I don’t have an investment in Glock mags that I wouldn’t be able to easily replicate with Staccato mags. Drop safe also doesn’t matter. I also saw some negative reviews of the HD, such as recoil spring noise, grip angle, trigger, etc.

I guess my main concern is that the P is a little outdated and soon to be discontinued. But is that a no reason complaint? Anyone else still buying a new P even in 2025? My plan was to get a CS down the

Backstory: Mid-size retail store with a general manager who will be paid commission on the net profit of the store after the income statement is finalized each month (about the 15th of the following month).

Compensation Plan: 10% of Net Earnings. Any losses occured in a month will be carried forward against future profitable months so that the company's expense rate is always 10% of net (since we cannot "charge" negative commission on months with losses). The full carrying period is January through December. Commission is calculated and paid each month.

Example: At the end of the year, if the store netted $1,000,000, the general manager should have been paid $100,000. Here's where it get

Hello,

Just curious is anyone has the Goyard Saint-Roch wallet? I've been unable to find any real life pics or videos of it. There are no boutiques near me and I don't have trips planned near one for a while. If you have pics or a review of it, I'd be curious to hear as well as the price you paid.

Thank you!

Hello all,

I'm having difficulty finding a wallet or suitable item to hold/cover a simple checkbook in the current product catalog. I can find old items that would seem to work but nothing on the current website. I don't want a pouch/clutch etc. that it can "fit" inside of; rather a folding long wallet type, clean and simple that the checkbook backing plate would slide into and maybe a few slots for cash/cards on the other side.

Does LV make such a thing?

Thanks.

Hi guys,

I've had an interest in flying for a long time but never got around to studying and going to flight school. I'm about to finish college next spring and I think I'll finally have the time to pursue flight school and renting an aircraft to build hours etc.

Now I know that the first stage of getting the PPL is only a start of the journey.

My question is this, with some variation for scheduling, how much time (in months or years) should it take to go from a PPL out of flight school to being able to fly a King Air 200? Is this something I can get done in 2-3 years? Less? Obviously certifications is one thing and hundreds or thousands of hours is the key.

Any insight is helpful.

By default on every Mac when you hit the green fullscreen button it moves it to the "right" and you swipe from left to right to return to your desktop and vice versa to access the fullscreen app from your desktop.

But lately, I'll have say Safari fullscreen open, I'll return to my desktop, which is always to the left, write a note or something, and go to return to Safari and now it's on the LEFT side of the desktop.

What gives??? Add this to the list of other stupid glitches like Mail opening by itself and randomly breaking connection with various servers and man it's starting to feel like a Windows experience around here lately.
