Giving up

Employment

I am in my First NP job at just about the 6 mile mark. I was hired by a public health non-profit that immediately put me in a different specialty than I was trained/qualified for. The nurses have iced me out in a weird low key bullying campaign led by the other NP. I never met or spoke to my collaborating physician who doesn’t work on site. I was switched to him with no explanation. My credentialing wasn’t started until months after my hire. Talking to colleagues is discouraged. All office communication is basically through a messaging app which the clinical and medical director reads all day (as in monitors all activity, not just reads messages to them). Stopping by someone’s office to ask

Hello, as the title says I’d like to commission a piece as a special gift for someone. It includes 12 lines text, a boarder and a graphic at top center. Open to modifying the design per the crafter’s suggestion. Please DM if interested. Mods, if this is not allowed please remove. Thanks!

I have a growth that cannot be examined and biopsied for another month. I am in no pain but suspect this may be a serious cancer. I humbly ask for prayers to guide my body and spirit through this scary time. Many thanks.

So, per the title, just took and passed my AGPC boards. First try, no problem. I took the ANCC version for no particular reason other than that is what my school suggested. I prepared for about a month using primarily Margaret Fitzgerald's course. It came with a workbook, MP3 player with lectures and access to an online learning center that has 1 full simulated exam and a number of smaller exams by body system. I didn't make flashcards, I just listened to her lectures over and over again and did the work book and practice questions online. I have to say the Fitzgerald online learning portal is a maddening piece of trash and not worth the money, though her recorded lectures on the MP3, which

Hello, I’ve heard Margaret Fitzgerald is best. Not sure though if this is just a particular opinion of my school program though. Any other good prep programs for AGNP boards? Thanks! *not sure why this is being downvotes? Seems like a normal question.

I am concerned about what a coronavirus outbreak on the island could mean because there are really virtually no medical resources. Anybody there right now? Thoughts? I have loved ones there that I am concerned about.

My flag is at half mast since you left. Things aren’t the same and never will be. My gentle little friend, my sweetness. So undemanding, so full of love. If I could have one more day with you, Oh the things we would do. Walk through the greenest paths, Soak in the sunlight. I’d hold you against my heart, I’d carry you when you got tired. On the next plane of existence, Or on the other side of the river bank, On some fine day, I’ll see you and the others, I’ll have my eye out for you.

I took in a dog who was being badly neglected and abused. My apartment doesn’t allow his breed. Please pray that a good forever home is found for him.

My friend J. has had many struggles. She was abused horribly by her spouse and eventually lost custody of her child and became homeless . She struggled and overcame substance abuse. Now it appears she may have very serious health issues, possibly liver cancer or organ failure. She is a good woman who has struggled mightily and overcome much. Please pray that J. may have good health so that she may continue her redeemed life.
