Yesterday while trying to reach D3, I ran into two massive throwers, one on each team. Both were actively trying to make their team lose.

I reported them, and they only got a 1-day ban… which is honestly crazy.

The match ended up being basically a 3v3 ranked game because we also had two disconnects.

Basically 3 months ago, I was written off for Final Safety because they wanted to finish DH. I was next to him and they use me as a escape goat.

Tonight I got to work… they sit me down.. and tell me about Vedio of 2/16 of me loding a customer in Pro without following zone of safety…. i try to argue about it the I told to customer to back off and they didn’t listen…. And my SM decided not to summit it and send me home with day pay off, and she call me tomorrow (later today) after reviewing the vedio again.

So I basically have zero chance of them giving me a chance because I don’t even feel like I screwed up… and it basically been a entire month of event I wasn’t even aware of….

Is there any website has a good set of Meta team for each Element and Physical?

Hey, so I been playing XIV for a while now but I get constant small lags... normally I wasn't bothered by it because I thought it was normal but keep hearing this wasn't normal.

My speed is 245.5 Mbps download and 11.6 Mbps upload.

I tray to Trace Router of SE XIV North America - tracert 204.2.229.10

But keep getting different result... from 1* to 4* So clearly something going on. I'm unsure how to proceed.
