Hello :) so a few months ago I got an offer from AWS Dublin and I decided to accept it but very last minute I said that I wanted to withdraw it. I know that I could have handled the process much better cause there’s a lot of work behind the hiring process but I guess I just wasn’t sure with all the layoffs going on and I was also relocating so it was a big change. Last minute I got another offer at another company and I felt like it was a better match for me. So, my question is once you refuse an offer do you get somehow “black listed”? I am not thinking of sending an application at Amazon anytime soon lol but I just wanted to understand how this works.

Thank you in advance :)

Hello everyone! Got an offer from AWS in Dublin. With the layoff going on I’m starting to question my decision. The main idea was stay there for a few years , learn as much as possible and then leave because I don’t feel represented by this company at all but in the current job market we don’t really have that big of a choice.

Do you think is still worth to accept and see how it goes? Any advice would be appreciated :)

Hello, I just got an offer from AWS in Dublin as Operations Analyst. Anyone who’s working there that can tell more about the work environment? Any insight will be appreciated :)
