One kind of deck i like in all TCGs is ones that revolve around non standard win conditions(not bringing your opponent's life to 0).

For example Final Count down and Exodia in Yugioh and door to nothingness and maze's end in MTG, or a good standard Mill deck.

Has anything been heard about cards like these or cards for a mill deck?

When I first saw that Givers Gear was Boon duration Toughness and Healing, I thought I found the perfect gear for my set. Boon duration is Very potent for me and with eh healing and toughness I would be able to give up a little dps for alot of survivability.

Then I saw the amount 1%. why even bother putting this is the game if you are going to make it so vastly under powered?

Looking at runes Monk and Water both give 15% Boon duration at the 2nd level. So it should be balanced around 15 stats or 3% crit. instead it's 1% when it should be 10% for helm gloves shoulders and boots, 15% for pants and 25% for chest. keeping in line with the rune valuation and the Crit damage values on gear.

I have a very old char but havent really played much of the game, I've mined and run missions but thats about it. I'm looking into getting into incursions, i have read a few guides but still have some questions.

1stly i have an old char with 76 million SP so I have all of the basic skills maxed. One problem i have is i have 5/5 rail gun specilisation and 5/5 for practly every drone and not much for any other weaponry. How viable is a railgun ship(i can fly every gal sub cap ship with atleast 4/5 for All t2 ship skills) from the looks of it there are better ships out there for incursions.

I was thinking about buying a logistics as i have 5/5logistic skill and 5/5 remote amour/sheild skill

Hi, I recently got Black and have not played a pokemon game since silver(played blue alot, silver I won but didn't play that much)

I'm interested in playing online, Like with most games I play I like to min/max or max/max if I can :P

Now though reading it seems the way to do this is by breeding alot. Could someone comment on my plan below, is it a good plan is there anything I can do better, have I missed anything.
