Been having pain on my left side that feels different from the multiple ovarian cysts I’ve had over the years. The ultrasound showed a cyst inside the fallopian tube. The pain is far worse and way weirder than typical cyst pain.
Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you alleviate the pain? I just had excision surgery 9 months ago and I’m not ready to go under the knife again so soon.
This is weird so I apologize, but the past few years I’ve noticed that I feel oddly euphoric after I’ve had a good number 2. For at least 10-20 minutes after I feel insane relief in my body and any time I bring this up, my friends are like “wtf are you talking about?” I have stage 4 endo and have had two laparoscopies in the past 5 years and I’m wondering if its just something us endo girlies experience? Has anyone else noticed this?
Hello! Been on the Hers GLP1 injections since March and have lost 43 pounds so far! Absolutely loving the experience and I haven’t had any side effects except some recent increase in hair shedding. It’s shedding A LOT and I’m a little worried. Is this a normal effect of weight loss and if so, how can I stop it? I’ve considered taking minoxidil. Thoughts appreciated!
Note: I had surgery for my endometriosis in June so it’s possible the shedding is from that but it won’t stop and I’m concerned 🥲
I’ve been taking the Hers shot (with great success!) and my most recent order of three vials was shipped several weeks ago. It hasn’t been delivered so I just checked the tracking and it’s been updated as “damaged” and “unable to deliver”. Has anyone experienced this? I messaged Hims and I’m hoping they resend it since I already paid $900 for it.
I had my second endo laparoscopy at the end of June and since then, my hormones have been garbage.
My pms symptoms are through the roof, I’ve had to miss work during the two periods I’ve had since surgery and I feel like I have the flu on ovulation days. Is this normal?? I’m hoping it’s just temporary after surgery recovery. I just started taking a hormone-balancing multivitamin for women so hopefully that helps.
Hello! I had my second endo lap at the end of June and have been experiencing an above average amount of hair shedding that started about two weeks ago. I’m not sure if it’s from my new L’Oréal shampoo or if it’s surgery related. Anyone else experience this?
Having my first period since my surgery and it is ROUGH. I’m bleeding through pads super fast. There’s no clotting which I assume is a good thing. It’s just straight blood but there’s so much of it and I’m changing my pad every 1-2 hours. Is this normal?
I’ve been on Hers compounded GLP1 for a few months and have lost 35 pounds so far! I have been doing the weekly injections into my thighs (rotating them each week for the most part) with zero pain but today that sh*t HURT! I’ve lost a lot of fat in my thighs and I’m wondering if that’s why it’s started hurting? I don’t have nearly as much to pinch when I go to jab. Considering changing the injections to my belly instead. Is anyone else doing that? And if so, are there any negatives?
For those who have had a laparoscopy, how long did the gas pains last? I had my surgery 7 days ago and ended up getting such bad stomach cramps from the opioids that I stopped taking them. I’ve been off of them for two or three days now and I’m having the worst stomach cramps that feel like trapped gas. Any tips for relief? I’ve tried GasX but it doesn’t seem to be working.
Why is the prep the worst part? I am puking my guts out two hours after taking the first round of bowel prep and I never felt worse in life. Is there anything I can do to make this bearable?
Having my second endo surgery tomorrow! The doc didn’t cover much in terms of prep this time around and my colon cleanse says to eat light meals and no dinner the day before surgery. Does anyone have any good recommendations for food that don’t have dairy?
Please help. Loving my GLP-1 and the side effects have been super minimal for me except for the recent constipation issues. What is something I can take/eat/drink daily to prevent it instead of having to take laxatives?
I’ve been on Hers GLP1 and am not seeing any weight changes. I am a 5’5 female and lost 9 pounds in the first three weeks (started at 197, down to 188) but then on week 4, I got my period which ended up being the worst, my painful period of my life. I’ve read that other women have rough periods in the beginning of taking a GLP1 so I’m not too worried but, since then I’ve gained a pound and have stayed at 189 for weeks. I’m on week 6, am in a calorie deficit and have switched to a healthy diet with plenty of protein and fiber. I’m drinking water constantly and staying hydrated but the weight is not budging. I’m wondering if it’s hormonal. Has anyone else experienced this?
