I don't know how long it's been, but it feels like spiritual attack teams have been dominate for something like a year now. It's getting really old. Hawkgirl and SWOT help. But they aren't enough. SWOT was a non-bleed character (iconic in all but name). Hawkgirl was a skip on release. She wasn't made useful until her rework and rerun. At the time, her usefulness was still in question. So we had two weeks to gamble on a character most of us skipped the first time around.

Teen Titans are supposed to be the spiritual counter tag. But they aren't good enough in their current form. Hopefully, Beast Boy will be everything Wally wasn't. The game needs more counters to spiritual damage t

This is purely subjective. Whoever your favorite character is who isn't currently in the game is going to be your personal pick. I was a Kyle fan back in the day and I'd love to see more Lanterns. John and Guy especially. All of which is to say that all opinions here are equally valid.

For my part, I wanted to look at this from a specific perspective. Which teams currently need the most help. I'm only looking at factions which meet certain criteria. Ones that have dedicated equipment tags already in the game. So, no Lanterns. No Flashes. I expect those will become viable factions in the future. Maybe even soon. But for now, I am looking at the teams that should theoretically be

Yes, alliance rewards are meager no question. I have heard a lot of sentiments along the lines of "it's not worth all that for a pixel variant." I understand the sentiment, but I think it misses the bigger picture. What's "worth it" or not is a judgement call based on a lot personal factors so I won't argue that the rewards are "worth" the grind. But I do feel like people are under-selling the benefits of grinding out bounties.

SD has said rewards will change week to week. So far that hasn't happened. So I'm basing this on what we know currently. If everyone on a full alliance of 30 players contributes 4,000 points, everyone will receive 155 boosters, 350 credits and 1 Mystery Varian

Hey all,

I am trying to read Alan Moore's Swamp Thing run on DC Infinite. I made it through issue 28 with no problems. But when I try to read further, it prompts me to upgrade my account. The issues are listed as being Ultra exclusive. Anyone know what's going on?

Thanks for your help.

I asked a bit of a gotcha question on Discord about what data the development team might look at to determine whether or not Spotlight Caches were a good player experience. I was surprised to see it get addressed and even more surprised when the answer was pretty good.

In a previous response, Glenn indicated that while the team values feedback they would wait a few weeks for data to come in before making adjustments.

What data will you be looking for? Presumably you already know the drop rates, etc. Is this more about assessing changes in player behavior (ie. hoarding vs. opening caches or spending patterns)?

Some of them raised some concerns or leveled mild criticism, but to varying degrees all of the content creators pushed SD's narrative that Spotlight caches meant "more cards for more players". There are some YouTubers who shill so hard, I just can't watch them anymore. I know they don't want to rock the boat, but they should speak up on this more than they are. I'll be interested to see who does and who keeps on selling.

For those of you who are series 3 complete at the start of a season, do you eventually get a choice of the new series drops when they happen?

I am series 3 complete except for Valkyrie. Wondering if it's safe to open reserves or I should wait and get her as my free card next season.

Thanks!

I know some of you are great at crunching numbers. Has anyone re-evaluated the Token Tuesday in light of more tokens being added to reserves? Seems like you might be better off refreshing missions again. I'd be ever so grateful if someone could do the math for me! lol

Thanks in advance to anyone who does.

TRIGON is THE Problem

💬 Discussion

Based on the new characters and reworks for March, it seems like the dev(s) are still fixated on Cheshire. Now that her bugs are fixed, Cheshire is a powerful character. But she's manageable on her own. We have all the counters we need for Cheshire. One of her counters, Cupes, actually makes the real problem worse.

And that problem is Trigon. When he was introduced, it was obvious he was going to ruin the meta. He did for a few days. Then the Atro rework effectively countered him. Atro took over and Trigon's reign was short-lived. Not ideal, but crisis mostly averted.

Then Cheshire was introduced to counter Atro. And she did, but her bugs made her OP and neutralizing Atro unleash

I have mine at L4, lvl 80. Gear 10, fully ringed. So far, not impressed. She's better than she was before, but I am not seeing her as a hard counter for disease. She's very squishy. She can help keep your team alive if you can protect her, but I don't think she's pulling her weight yet. Maybe if I invest more resources, but I'm skeptical based on what I have seen so far?

Anyone having a better experience with her?

Edit: This was pre bug fix. Maybe she'll be more impressive now.

Trigon Ruined DCL

💬 Discussion

RANT

Pre-Trigon, DCL was good. Yeah, Spectre was too prevalent. But there were enough counters. No meta is perfect, but the game was fine. It was fun. You could play mostly what you wanted to play. There was room to experiment.

Trigon came along and nuked that. Every match became a lengthy, RNG- dependent game of hot potato with battling Trigons passing damage immunity and debuffs back and forth until someone came up short. Three-star wins were almost unheard of.

It only lasted a few days because by the time everyone had him built up, the Atrocitus temporarily neutered him. That gave us a month of a boring Atocitus meta. Everyone played some variation of Atro/Sgirl. It was fast
