In tag games, the difference in skill between players is much more exacerbated than other subgenres. This makes ranks a bit harder to pinpoint.

That said, Tokon still feels a bit out of whack. I placed Diamond and am bumping between P3 and D1. Platinum is usually a pretty low rank in games such as SFVI, but it seems to be a much more competitive here. Diamond, even more so.

Since we don't have distribution statistics yet, I wonder if Diamond is just the highest that everyone can place, so decent, great and amazing players all end up mixing together. Is it even possible to place in Vibranium after placements?

So far "Master" only has 187 people in it. That's less than SFVI's highest "Legen

I've recently gotten a cool 2.1 fiber optic HDMI to go around a couple of rooms. The ANV15-52 can run stuff in 2K/4K pretty well on my TV!

I've been using some .bats to change the monitors settings to make it easier to change the resolution on the TV. Is there any way to do the same with NitroSense modes? I usually use the balanced setting, but for 4K it would be cool to go full throttle, and using a profie switcher would be easier than going to the app.

No matter the current mode, powercfg.exe always shows the power mode as balanced, so using just the power settings wouldn't work.

I've played a bit of FE in the past, but I'm playing Awakening as my first real go with Awakening. Since I'm on board with the challenge and losing units, I've chosen Hard and Classic modes.

After losing four units, among them Kellam and a second healer, I felt chapter 6 was feeling very tough. So I tried seeing the whole game as "one run" and tried again from start, managing my units a bit better from what I had learned so far.

Even with much better units, both Chapter 6 and Paralogue 2 feel too tough to deal with. I'm not even reseting upon deaths, my Chrom or Robin keep dying!

What are some good pointers in how to learn and manage my team?

With the genre no longer being so niche and behind times, we have great features throughout all sorts of fighting games, but only the biggest ones get recognition - like Tekken with the playable replays. It was not even the first game to have it!

So I want to express how combo maker is truly an absolute godsend. Being able to use the game itself to search popular combos, try them in the mission format and even download them to train later make a world of difference.

When a game presents combos, it's usually the developer's, and they are always surpassed by the userbase from DAY ONE. So having a cool Aba BNB on the end of day one to learn was awesome.

My arcade stick works natively with PS4 games, and thanks to that, the PS5 doesn't allow it to launch PS5 games. That usually means having to download the older gen version for games like Strive and KoF, but what about the SFVI beta?

If you have a PC close enough to your console where you can plug your stick, here's a workaround:

  1. By downloading reWASD, you can make your stick be recognized as a PS4 Dualshock; Mine is originally recognized as an Xbox 360 controller on PC, but reWASD mounts a virtual DS4 on your PC;
  2. By downloading PS Remote Play, you can control your PS5 through your PC using said v
