I hurt my shoulder last year and I've had to take the time off from any form of shooting my bow. I've got a Hoyt rx5 tuned as low as it can to 60 lb. I'm experiencing zero pain on the draw, so that isn't an issue. I've been medically cleared to resume shooting. However I'm only able to shoot a few (4-6) shots in a practice session because I've lost so much strength due to the injury and recovery.

I have never dealt with this before. What do people do to get back in shape? Just shoot the maximum shots I can and call it good? I assume that would build up the strength slowly. I have Firefox Dev Edition v154.0b5 (64-bit) on Win11 Pro. My issues in the address bar:

-double or triple clicking with the mouse doesn'

I'm looking for any help from those with experience with drum restoration shops in Florida. Being on the peninsula of Florida would be better than the panhandle. I've got an old Leedy and Ludwig snare that needs some TLC. I would rather pay a reputable business than mess it up myself. Thanks all!
